I haven't posted for awhile, but I am down 9 lbs total. Not where I wanted to be but at least going down. I am going to the Milwaukee and Chicago shows Maybe the dancing and road trip will help finally pass the 10 lb mark. Wow! 9lbs....that's great. Well done! You've obviously been doing it while I've been talking about it! you made me weigh a day early - and I am down a little bit more - in total 4lbs now since i started properly on 3 Feb - but such a struggle. (Average half pound per week.) awesome job nocturnal and Sophie! even at 1/2 lb a week you'll lose those pounds eventually! and I think the slow lose is healthier and more sustainable in a long run!

I am down a pound and a half, mostly due to being sick with no appetite. Feeling better today so now I just have to not eat like crazy to make up time. LOL I lost another lb too - exactly for the same reason! Holding on to my "shrunk stomach" - trying not to stretch it back... need to get back to my regular exercise routine...

Happy to say that I'm down a pound but has been a struggle! Trying to drink more water and see if that helps the binging at night.

I'm down 1 due to some unintentional half day fasts where food simply wasn't available. No will power needed, lol.
SophieB, I wanted to say what a great job you are doing cheerleading. You are very upbeat and it's always so nice to get a reply to a post especially on our non-reporting days. So anyway, you may not be seeing many replies to your replies but that doesn't mean they aren't being noticed and appreciated.
On a recipe note, I've been grilling asparagus for some time on my Foreman/Cuisinart indoor grill/panini maker with a soy sauce/balsomic vinegar marinade but I think I've found a new favorite and it uses Hoisin sauce which I do Asian Turkey Sloppy Joes with already.
Asparagus & sliced red/green pepper Marinade in bag or long container with: 1 Tbsp ginger (calls for fresh minced, I used spice can) 1 Tbsp tumeric - (I try to add this to everything I can) 2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce (found in Asian aisle in store) 1 Tbsp oil (calls for sesame, I used olive) 1/4 tsp salt and same w/back pepper if desired
Grill both asparagus and sliced pepper 4-5 minutes, turning over 3/4 way if desired
You can marinate however long you like, from a quick toss to overnight as asparagus holds up well to being soaked.

No change for me, and just thinking about late night eating makes me eat late at night. I've been really bad at water. I'll go and make me some now.
