Can someone give me an over view of Xtina's Bionic? I listened to the songs Sia contributed to and the 3 are beautiful. Can't say that I'd want an entire album at this tempo, but I thought they were all lovely. I recall Xtina's hot mess of a single. It was weird and bad. But what about the rest of the album and why did it bomb?
I'm kinda hoping this duet isn't true mostly because I think Xtina completely and utterly missed the boat on her last release.

Christina is one of those artists who are always trying something different and pushing boundaries, that's what I've always loved about her. She doesn't let people tell her what to do. Her last release may have been a flop but she's still one of the best female singers of her generation. I'd love to hear Adam sing with her.

NAL stands for Not Adam Lambert. The acronym was born on the Planet Fierce board before I started hanging out there, I think as a joke based on an AI8 tour headline that called it a concert by one person who was named Adam Lambert and nine who weren't. Some of this happened before my time so others who were at PF from the beginning please correct me. My memory is murky, but I think back on Planet Fierce, Kris used to be known as OLFIP (Our Little Friend In Plaid).

Another Xtina ditty for an Adam fan video - one of my favorites! www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HI9scVmlk8ETA: Actually, this would probably be a fun, hilarious duet for them to sing, but not on national TV LOL! I wonder if either/both of them have seen this... Would someone please embed?

I agree she has an exceptional voice.. despite that first single, without really knowing what is on her album, I don't understand why it flopped. One bad single run shouldn't doom an album. I recall following what was going on with her, but I brain dumped the happenings of her entire release.

Nope. This radio station is reporting on recent meetings where stations met with all the record labels to hear upcoming music. Jive played them a minute of a NAL song and an upcoming Chris Brown/Justin Bieber single. RCA promoted the new Mike Posner single. This station was the first to play Gaga's BTW and the first to play one of Kelly Clarkson's singles. what does NAL stand for? I mean I know it's about Kris but it gets very confusing with all these acronyms because people don't want to just say who they mean..... which why can't we just say Kris? We don't have a problem saying anyone else's name : I usually do, but a poster before me used NAL, so I did too. Sometimes I use Kris, and sometimes I use NAL. I really don't give it much thought, because I don't give Kris much thought. ;D I still love the name OLFIP. I remember those days when hwc was driving MJ crazy! He was a snarky guy who loved to poke at "our little friend in plaid". I wonder if he still posts at MJs under a different name?
