Why? They do not have the same management or label or even sing the same kind of music. They are not buddies. Why would or should Adam feel it is the right thing to do to meet with James? I mean he may... but Adam is in the middle of getting his second album together. I think he has plenty of other things to do. James has Idol people as advisors right now. He could talk to probably 10 professional and knowledgable people tomorrrow, if he chose to, instead of publicly tweeting Adam.

I googled JD to learn what he has been up to lately, and he was in Atlanta last week. And I missed him!!!! I am devastated. But, I was sure that it would be on YT. So I checked it out. It's there. Can't force myself to bring it over. Seriously folks, as I was writing this, the audio from the clip was playing and I literally shuddered and twisted my head in an attempt to get away from the sound. No link, but if you are interested, you can filter "james durbin in concert, this week" and find it. But don't say I didn't warn you.
Perhaps this is OT, and should not be posted on this thread, but, the idea that Durbin is tweeting to the "dude", Adam Fucking Lambert, who is a "fellow musician" just rankles when I listened to this.

The great thing about Adam's tweets to James are that the average person/press outlet won't 'get', the snark, that is Adam. But to Adam's fans, who know how he tweets, that was a fun 30 minutes! Through it all, Adam never followed James, BTW. I am getting WAY too much enjoyment from these tweets. Kinda like watching an elegant siamese cat playing with a little mousey. Talk about a having a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. Tee hee. Bad cassie! Very bad cassie! Cassie - love your comment - BTW I listened to the interview with you - loved every bit of it!!!!!!!!

In Adam's tweet, I love his method of saying, "moving on, nothing to see here" to the Twitterverse by tweeting a non sequiter...

Does anybody know what this is all about? ??? The videos were from James events of the past week. They had nothing to do with Adam. JD meant he wanted to get advice on business things he has to deal with right now. Probably, "What should I do? Interscope won't let me do a Heavy Metal album. They want me to do Pop or soft rock or nothing!"

A newbie reaching out to Adam is no different that Adam acting as a mentor for AI S9. Unfortunately, I don't think that James' tweets are as honest as that. I trust that whatever Adam chooses to do will be based on his best judgement. Adam should tread carefully and react accordingly.

And he tweets: adamlambert Adam Lambert On my flight back from the UK I watched "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf" starring Elizabeth Taylor. Such a great film. Intense acting. I LOVE that movie. It isn't the 'leaving you happy at the end of the movie' kind of thing but it leaves you drained. Taylor and Burton were brilliant in this movie.
