I CAN NOT believe that James is getting no negative feedback about that "good Christian" comment. I'm seeing red myself....good thing I don't really tweet.

Good people! :-) 1 minute ago via Twitter for iPhone I am looking forward to the Durbin apologists on this board to spin this slur at Adam not being Christian and explain it in terms of his Asperger's - he might have a disorder but IMHO his bigger disorder is that he is an insufferable asshole ! I don't know if I am considered one of the Durbin apologists, but isn't Aspergers a form of mental disorder? My son has a mental disorder and he spouts off whatever comes into his head without thinking it thru and his words frequently get him into trouble and he truly doesn't understand why. Then I am left to try to explain to people whose feathers he has ruffled. Not easy. :-/ So I guess I have a bit of empathy if Durbin is like this. I think that's why Adam didn't jump all over him with his twitters. I think he understands this guy may not think like the rest of us. Do I need to hide behind that rock now? :( |

I'm sure his condition plays into it but who are we to say that it's the only reason why he acts the way he does? We don't know him personally, we are not his doctor and know the severity of his condition and how it truly affects him, so we don't really know how much is his disorder and how much is him just being...well....him. I don't think we can excuse his actions totally bc of the autism but on the other hand it will always need to be taken into consideration. |

Yes, he has no filter. But the fact he really thinks like that pisses me off....particularly since that's apparently his excuse for writing off Adam. Oh yeah, he's gay AND Jewish! >:( #dickhead |
