I, for one, am all about Adam. And if Sauli were a bank clerk or something I'd want him to quit his job so he could be available when Adam needed him (i.e., quick visit to Paris/London). I'd also be angsting over him getting a Visa to stay in this country if Adam wanted him to. I can't imagine a better scenario than what they have now, TBH, and they seem so happy.

A "cloud" is just a consumer brand name for a concept that was hard to get users to accepadoptt. Cloud computing = logical computational resources (data, software) accessible via a computer network, rather than from a local computer. (replacing your local PC with a corporately-owned server you access via the internet or other remote data access service (a cloud provider).) Cloud storage = storing your data (photos, music, videos, etc) on a remote server rather than on a local computer's storage device. The was originally promoted as "thin client technology" and rejected by consumers. It is now back with a friendly name and people are willing to do it. Plus, for corporations, it is easier to secure and control data in a cloud than it is to secure countless PCs. In the music world, if you have all your music on your iPod, hard for the copyright owners to know what you stole. If it is in a Cloud, it will be easy to delete material that is not legal. I do not know how it will all play out EXCEPT that CDs/DVDs will fade away now and digital formats will win, and the rights owners will figure out how to use Cloud technology to control piracy -- or they will go out of business. Okay. I think I'm a little clearer on the concept now. I think the use of the term "cloud" actually confused me more than it should have-- I was imagining my data floating around in space. Now I'm wondering-- if my info is not on my computer-- how secure is it? You don't have to answer, I realize it's off topic. It's something for me to research on my own. But thanks! My friend is a PC tech. She told me that the term "cloud" came from flow charts. When they would make up flow charts of computers and the movement of information, somebody decided to use a cloud shape in the flow chart to indicate the "place" where this data was stored. So, we have stuff in the "cloud" literally... sort of... confusing...whatever!

I think this is a little unfair to Tommy. He's caught between a rock and a hard place. He may just feel like--you can't talk logic with deluded people, so why stir the hornet's nest? Look at Obama and the birthers. With no evidence whatsoever that Obama was born anywhere but Hawaii, they're still insisting that no document he produces proves he's a U.S. citizen. The Adommy nuts are just going to insist that Tommy was forced to deny his relationship with Adam, because, you know, it makes so-o-o-o much sense for Adam and Tommy to go to great lengths to hide their love while Adam pretends to be in love with someone else. : I think Tommy is wise to just steer clear of these idiots as much as possible. ITA with this, Murly. I used to know a woman in an abusive relationship and she used to cry on my shoulder about the ridiculous stuff her BF would accuse her of just to pick a fight. She just couldn't understand why he would say these things that were preposterous and completely untrue. My response was always the same: You cannot rationalize irrationality. It doesn't work. You are trying to bring logic to a situation completely devoid of logic. I would tell this woman, about her abuser, "The craziness is in HIS mind; nothing you say or do will change that, but if you remain in this situation, you will forever be the victim of his irrational behavior." It took a long time, but she finally broke away. Tommy trying to rationalize with that element is an exercise in futility. It's a waste of his time and energy and it's very frustrating for everyone involved that such a small, but vocal minority can spread so much ugliness.

Interesting question, Cassie. I think the Cinderella story society (speaking from U.S. perspective) loves is the wide-eyed unknown who is discovered and elevated to fame and fortune. This is the myth behind shows like American Idol, and yes, people love that shit.
But now that I think of it, the traditional Cinderella story isn't a good analogy, since the story is about a good-hearted nobody who is rescued by a Prince and her life is presumably perfect now that she's married to him. And I think that storyline fell out of favor a while back, at least in large measure as a result of the feminist movement.

Just a general question because while I still do follow Adam's backup band and dancers on twitter I'm not an authority on Tommy. There is no way that Tommy doesn't know about that group of crazy fans that tweet hate to Adam & Sauli. When has He ever point blank told them to stop. If He has I have missed it. He doesn't say anything to them. (the gifts might dry up) By Tommy not making a point blank statement for them to stop hating on Adam's boyfriend that is a statement in itself in my opinion. Adam has gone on record and told people to stop hating on Tommy. Tommy has never told His fans to stop hating Adam and/or His boyfriend. :(

TY Gelly and MyS*&@^#r for posting the pictures. No denying that look. There is one of the Disney pictures where Adam is sneaking a look at Sauli and it reminds me of the coming out of the restaurant picture. Sauli is more in profile. Just precious ! This one? When I see Adam with Sauli, I smile. It's involuntary. Adam's happiness just shines from his eyes and makes his whole face glow. This seems to be something he had been hoping to find for quite awhile, and I'm so happy for him.

(I follow him, but ironically miss the vast majority of his tweets because he tends to tweet when I'm asleep and I don't read back more than a page or two. I see his tweets only if he's RTed.) But the question of should he or shouldn't he call them out was kind of my point. Would it help or is he taking the Do Not Feed The Trolls approach? The first advice most people get when playing on the Internet is that you do your best to ignore the cray. You don't give them attention or an audience because that's what they are angling for. People have questioned why Alisan gave this person a platform. Would Tommy be doing the same thing? I myself, would derive great satisfaction from a public smackdown, I just don't know if it will have any effect whatsoever.
