I brought it here originally and didn't find it at MJ's. I saw it on LJ. MJ's later posted it. I am very surprised Lyndsey posted it also, since it is a few days old. I think Q3, said that it was a "starting point" for negotiating. Lyndsey also left off the fact that many of those fees have a + next to them. Don't see how Clay could get the fee on that list with the size venues he plays. ETA: And if those 2 Costa Mesa shows brought in over $400,000 together, there is no way Adam only got $50,000 each. Well he should have done a "Dinner Show" obviously that is where the real money is! (Sorry, snarky reference to comments on Mj's)

Seeing things are a little slow and given Adam #2 is coming sometime to an iTunes and other store near you, I thought the following article was interesting food for thought. Adam has VERY engaged fans, I think this would go over huge - also he has talked about being part of the "playlist generation" and this seems like a logical extension of that: www.springwise.com/entertainment/thekaiserchiefsalbum/Fans customize & earn from band’s latest album From article: "There are 20 new tracks for fans of The Kaiser Chiefs to choose from in creating their own version of “The Future Is Medieval,” which is the album the band launched earlier this month. All they need do is listen and then add their 10 favorites to their album playlist. ..."

There was a discussion of these rates for concerts on here a couple of days ago--I'm sorry I don't have time at the moment to go back and look for it. The consensus seemed to be that this was old information and/or just an estimate by people who don't represent Adam. Interesting that Lyndsey Parker tweeted about it today. it was originally found on MJ's blog and brought here. I think Adam would make considerably more for a gig than this (as he should, of course!) I brought it here originally and didn't find it at MJ's. I saw it on LJ. MJ's later posted it. No way! I'd imagine they have a "break-even" point and then the rest is split between the venue and the talent (at what percentage breakdown, I have no idea though). Funny, I've been getting emails from the OC Fair; they're giving away 2-for-1 tickets to some of their performances this year. Reminds me of how much we were looking forward to that concert a year ago. Also remember talking to the people at Pacific Amphitheatre being blown away at how fast Adam's first show sold out. Good times ...

Good times ... I know, Susie! I got that e-mail today too! I checked their roster of acts and it doesn't look good to me at all. I thought, if there was someone good, I might actually take them up on that deal. I liked the OC Fair a lot. No 2 for 1 tickets were needed, for Adam's shows!

OT but does anyone know when Brook is getting married? She lives in New York, I think, and I hope Adam, Sauli, and the whole GlamFamily will all able to attend. It would be great if they could all be there together again. ETA:Wow! Michael Jackson's fans have already pulled ahead of Adam MJ 52% Adam 48% ??? Adam was ahead by a large margin earlier today! :(

It would be great if they could all be there together again. Brooke is getting married in CA. I am thinking somewhere around the Oakland/SF area. She asked for venue recommendations sometime back, for No. CA. Then when she came out for the NOH8 pic, she did a tweet about flying Burbank to Oakland. If she uses the venue I recommeded via Twitter, I will die!!! Brazil Building in Tilden Park, Berkeley. Also, the other day she did a tweet that had a countdown of the number of days 'til her wedding. Good stan that I am, I went and counted it off on the calendar. I came up with the wedding is August 24th or 25th. I would imagine the whole Glamily will be there. Awww, maybe not Sasha if she is still on SYTYCD.
