I down almost a pound from last week. Back at work, over being sick so hopefully now I can get back to walking.

Glad you are feeling better Me, same ol, same ol. Staying steady. Hope to start working out more. My legs took awhile to recover from my treadmill stress test but I used my foam roller. Love that. Anyone else have one?

Doing better!! Exercising more and struggling to eat better. Down 2 lbs!! Need to get in shape for concert season!! Rihannsu, so sorry you are still not feeling well. Moving puts a lot of stress on your body.

Back up to what I was 2 weeks ago, but I'll take that. I haven't got back to walking yet but I have been doing a good bit of unpacking and rearranging over the weekends. If I could stay away from the Culver's Concrete Mixers I might be doing better. LOL

I'm not doing so well this week either. Mother is not doing well and I'm spending a lot of time with her. I'm just so tired all the time but found out I'm very anemic but iron pills did not help. Going in for an iron infusion today. Am up 3 lbs! Ugh!!! Hoping this will help pepping me up.

Well we are all up together. I've gotten away from my don't eat after 8pm so need to add that back in. Gum chewing is hurting my jaw so having to find something else to occupy my mouth. I got some xylitol lolipops that are sugar free as well as the xylitol being good for your teeth. I did that treadmill stress test a couple of weeks ago, they really slant the deck and go fast so you have to hang on and it's pretty jarring even if a walk is all I can do. Well my legs, especially my hips have not recovered yet so I take the dog walking but it's not that pleasant of a stroll. Here's for more positive notes from all of us next week. I'll slip myself some b12 too.

Happy Wednesday! Thrilled to say that I am down 2.5 lbs. Have worked hard to improve my eating habits. Not easy. Walking more and trying to go to gym at least 3 days a week! Hope the rest of you are doing well!!

way to go stardust! I'm down just one but that was before the pizza. I've decided I can't walk the dog, hurts my feet, but I am working on my indoor bike and doing lots of squats etc. And I've been busy which cuts into my eating time.
My dad comes home tomorrow (after his stroke rehab) he'll be living on TV dinners, lol. Don't know yet how that will affect me. Hubby and I eat about the same, kid doesn't eat, grandpa usually hungry. It's going to be interesting.

Completely forgot to check in Wednesday. I was having wi-fi problems this week as our router died again. Got it straightened out now. Anyway I was up but only by .2 lbs so nothing significant. I still haven't gotten back in to any kind of exercise routine though and definitely having too much dessert for my current activity level. LOL
