Oops, forgot to post yesterday. Same weight as last week. Pretty good considering the last part of May & beginning of June has involved a bit more eating out due to Michael's birthday. Got to get all those birthday deals you know.
So glad you posted rihannsu My days are crazy for me right now. Getting ready for two big weeks of presentations and doing website testing. Weight wise I'm still within my 3 pound range, so not much changing.
Not so good this week. Forgot to post again as I've been home still dealing with generator issues on the van. Was doing okay with weight until Monday night dinner with friends followed by Cici's Pizza on Tuesday. Up about a pound and a half. Hoping I get the van back today.
I'm off at my conference. Hmm conference food, not bad and they always have desert. I've been trying to up my veggies (salad) and fruit and savor my one desert. Maybe I'm working it off since I'm teaching all day? And I did take a walk last night after crashing the first night. My hotel has a great recliner but the mirrors, oh the mirrors. I must have mine strategically placed at home. We'll see when I get home.
rihannsu, I hope your van gets repaired. Car issues can be tough especially when you need it for work.
So July is a goner. I'm stress eating. Up a few pounds. Water doesn't taste as good as it did because hard to compare the homemade raspberry lemonaid I've been making by the glassful. The half cup of raspberries probably isn't offsetting the sugar. I put some Truvia in the last and didn't even think about it, maybe I'll do more of that because I have tons of frozen raspberries still to use. I'm out of chocolate, maybe that's a problem as that will often satisfy my tastebuds. Seems like summer used to be easier.
Sorry I've been AWOL! Not doing well since Hollywood Bowl!! Fell off the wagon. Now struggling to get back and going. Pretty much the same weight as I was before - lost some, gained some, lost some. Struggling to eat better. My Mom is in the hospital with a fractured pelvis, and I have been there a lot. She is doing better than I expected but will take a long time to get back on her feet. She will be 97 next week!!

I'm scared to look at the scale. I know it's not great because of the pair of pants I put on this morning. Now my hubby's lost 50 lbs in the last year and a half. Really proud of him. A lot do to some stress relief with a job change. My job's good so like you stardust it's dealing with aging parents on top of my aging self that's stressful. Hope your mom's doing good.
