I am up over a pound from last week mostly due to pigging out over the weekend. We hit up Golden Corral for breakfast Saturday then Fogo de Chao on Sunday evening for dinner. But I have gotten started with walking again. Two days so far this week so that's a plus.

Good Morning! This has been a chaotic week but I have managed to stay about even. Trying hard to improve my eating habits. Haven't made it to the gym much- no energy. Working on it. Hope you all are doing well.

Yes, I was down 2 this morning from last week. I did three or four sets of four story stairs yesterday (office building stairs so high ceilings). Not sure it was good for my feet but got my blood pumping in a lot less time. I'm calling my number a 5 just so I can remember next week if I go down or up. Been a bit stressful with my dad home. He has his good days and his bad. I'm not getting a lot of paying work done but hey it's been good for my weight loss.

I was down from last week but only by .2 lbs. That was a relief though because at one point during the week I was up by a full 2 lbs. LOL

UGH!! Up 2 lbs this week. Been crazy busy for the last couple weeks. Trying to do better. It's been a struggle with Mom sick. Too much eating out. Back to the gym!!!

I'm up from two weeks ago but down a bit from last week. Went to an out of town conference where they fed us lots. Smallish group, just 20 people, so family style meals like at a chinese diner where we couldn't even get to the last two dishes.
My exercise is minimal because some part of my legs, feet to hips, will hurt later on. I'm trying to do stretching and weights instead.

Happy Wednesday!! Down a pound at the moment, but still bouncing around. Some days I'm good and some day eating everything in sight. Still working on it!

When I went to the massage therapist this week I just said "everything hurts". I've pulled a back muscle that I tweak now and then but it's my hips and my one thigh that are just so so stiff. My exercise bicycle is still running good after four years so I'm getting some use out of it. The weather is nice but that means gardening and that in turn leads to something getting over use. grrr, I feel trapped inside and my outside bike needs the tire fixed. Darn, sounding frustrated today. Could be that it's 1am and I can't sleep? Nah. I was feeling pretty good earlier in the day. Weights fluxuating more up than down but nothing big. Well, on to next week.

I forgot to weigh last Wednesday and forgot to check in. But I am down 2 lbs from last Thursday so I'll take it. I am getting more active but still need to eat a little less. LOL
