Ugh, up 2 lbs. Although on the bright side the body fat reading is down. Trying to make myself not eat until or unless I feel hungry. I've gotten too much into the habit of eating just to eat.

Oh hey I'm late but I'm here. Well the up rollercoaster finally left the top floor and headed back down again. On the food front I bought some of the prewashed mixed greens from Costco and disappointed that within the first day some bad leaves already. I'm picking through for my lunch salad but I guess it will make good compost. I'll have a couple of days of forced semi-fasting coming up because of car travel. That should be good for me.
Stardust, hope you book ends well too.

Guess I'm not the only one who totally spaced last week's update. Last week I was a pound down from the week before and this week is a repeat of last week. I'm happy with that given my high in that time period was 2.5 lbs over today.

Oh no, I'd have spaced it again if I hadn't seen your post. Not that I'm not thinking about it. I'm actually trying quite hard to think about it all the time. I was doing well the first part of the week or the end of last, I know, it was over the weekend and the scale was going down and then I went to my mom's for Mother's day. I've been having big salads for lunch every day. I've brought back the gum chewing even if it leaves my jaw sore, I've broken out the lolipops that have good stuff for your teeth. I've walked the dog although that is a two edged sword because my feet may or may not hurt. I'd like to take my 17 yr old and both of us go to the work out center but one of us has to be here because DH does not make a good nurse and Grandpa still needs someone a bit more sympathetic. My bike tire which has been good took a turn for the worse and the weather's yucky today anyway. Guess I'll do the indoor bike while everyone is napping.

I wondered what happened. I am at the same weight this week, which isn't bad. Unfortunately losing weight from not the areas I would prefer. Had a lovely quiet week as most of my family was out of town!!

I never vary out of a four pound range. Problem is I too often hover around the top two numbers instead of the bottom. Being a caretaker is draining. I feel so stuck to my chair so I'm in calling range but really my dad hasn't had an "emergency" and we've actually left him alone for a couple of hours once or twice but it just doesn't feel right. Glad I have my son and hubby to help. I do try and take the dog walking but I've always had a "sensitive" stomach and I forgot and went walking after eating instead of before. Didn't make it far. The bike tire seems better so I'm wheeling around on that a bit. But my sleep is lacking and broken up this week and my attitude is f*it when I need energy or a comfort ice cream. Not the way to lose weight. But with summer it's warmer and I keep trying to think of water as my freind. I've got just under a month before I do some presentations and I'm hoping that will give me some emphasis.

I'm still bouncing around but mostly staying the same. Jablea Taking care of someone can really drain you. Sleep is very important. Taking care of yourself is as important as taking care of someone else. Is there no other family that can help?

Well I think I am finally moving in the right direction. Down 1.2 lbs from last week so for the first time in a while I have trended down for the entire month.
