9.3.11 Adam News and Info

I got started late on this music posting thing- some of my picks are already posted (R-E-S-P-E-C-T/ Find out what it means to me...), but let me throw a couple of others in the mix.
I love, love, love Little Feat. This is an older song (from Let It Roll) but its a fairly recent performance and the lyrics are pretty timely. I could have put at least a dozen of their songs on my list, but I'm posting this one because it I listened to it once about 6 weeks ago and it's been stuck in my head off and on since.
I can't make a list without John Lee Hooker- he was the coolest cat ever. His biggest song might be One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer, but that has been associated with George Thoroughgood for a long time, so how about Boom! Boom!?
Stevie Ray Vaughan, can't leave him off my list. He's another one I can hardly pick just one for. Under duress, I'm posting Couldn't Stand the Weather. WAIT! Never mind. Let's do Life Without You.
You might now be saying these guys sound nothing like Adam, so how did I end up in love with Adam too? I think it's because of the genuine emotion they all sing with, but really? I have no idea.
