Thanks, everyone, for the rain wishes for us here in Texas, at least the weather here is now down to 90's instead of the triple digits we have been having for the last months.

First of all, Happy Birthday Bamafan! Your true grit and attitude make us proud we are friends alongside you!

And, amw, I pray for rain for you and your parched landscape. I've lived with water rationing, wildfires, and the heat that chills you with fear at the beginning of another day. So, I'm sending wishes to the Universe (that I feel I communed with, up close and personal!) that cool, refreshing relief for you and those around you will arrive very soon.

My fingers are dry from the vinegar rinse I've wiped on everything - to counteract the alkaline Playa dust we've brought home. I smell like salad dressing.

I will, hopefully, create a Burning Man 'recap' tonite. If anyone has questions about the experience, the Playa, the layout, the art, the music, the time there . . . just put it here; or send a PM. I will try to be specific, entertaining (ha!), and informative about the past nine days. I'm looking down at my wrist while I type. Still there is my 'meal ticket' bracelet; another cloth bracelet that shows I was on the med team and provided with 'early exit' - it reads "Backdoor Friends are Best"; a blue bracelet applied when I arrived, which says ""Re-admit one Playa Sapien"; and my original purple "Planet Fierce Loves AFL" wristband. I can still read them; which means they look alot cleaner than I feel! I'll be back, after a shower and a meal; and I hope what I have to say will convey what's inside. I'm ruminating. Mulling. We'll see.
