They said you can have a house party of 150-200 guests in the new place. That sounds perfect for Adam. He loves entertaining, doesn't he? I hope he's able to have a Halloween party this year as a house warming www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwN1kKf9Z_w

Looks like a few on Twitter think I'm a moron. :D twitter.com/shealbox/status/1033396358076686337Some of those so enraged are the ones that will be driving by the first chance they get. Seems the videos have them upset, not all the pics. The link to the address was easily found thru the real estate link on the Variety article. IDT the general public is paying attention to my tweets w/o any @adamlambert mention. Just trying to share some info with other Glamberts.

Imma be alone on this but those big houses make my green heart ake...go lynch me
That said, yes, the house is SIIIICK!!! Adam will be able to throw some hell of a parties! It would be a bit big for my taste...I'd get lost in it, as a somewhat "small" person. I love the openness to the outdoors. The term Indoor-outdoor-life-style is definitely going into my vocabulary. I love how the bedroom opens up and how the downstairs opens up. For the inner openness...I LOVE how it looks but personal I find it rather impractical tbh. If you cook something the whole level will smell of it and if you leave a pot on the stove (to eat later or the next day, whatever) you will always see it, it will look untidy very easily and will always be in sight. Also if one person (speaking of a family living in one house that is between 100-200 qm) wants to watch TV and the other read or have company...where to go. Our Living room and dining room is joined and it's somewhat annoying. Or for instance I want to listen to music preparing a meal and someone else needs their quiet doing something else for whatever reason... as usual I'm over thinking this...

It's called 'conspicuous consumption' and if we are headed to a replay of the eighties as it seems we may be, then this may well become the new normal , and as we have come to expect, Adam is on the cusp of the new trend. But you are right...this house looks tailor made for Adam's love of hosting and partying. What a great place it is for that.... It will be fun to see the changes he makes over the next year or two....

I'm with you, Marionm, don't really care for the open floor plan like that....I like the individual rooms. I think I would feel differently if I was living by myself, like in a studio or something...then it wouldn't matter. I'm more of the simple, ranch style, wrap-around porch kind of gal lol. I showed my hubby that 9-minute video and he loved the idea of being able to open up a wall of windows...but somewhere in Montana, in a log-cabin style house with a view of the mountains lol.
