Interesting to go to Google Maps and click on street view upper left Feb 18 and it brings up all the old pics like you said. The original house really looked rough, to say the least. All overgrown...can hardly see the house. I imagine the neighbors were glad to see it torn down. At the initial construction you can see the basement area is only partial...just the garage and area behind it which appears to be the media room. It would be a big plus to me to have a garage as part of the house with a drive straight in and room to back out and turn around. Those streets in this neighborhood and also where Adam lives now are narrow, winding and very steep. He's used to it. Hard to miss the No Parking on street sign outfront.
