Seems like the RollerCoaster for the second album began Let's list the possible gates: 1. Single release date 2. Album release date 3. Single cover 4. Single 5. Album cover . . . What else should we add to the list? |

Hmm, apple martini's is not the kind of "green" I was thinking about:-) ***wink*** Also, not sure if this has been discussed because not caught up on the tread yet, but the Sia ballad not making the album. Sia sounded a bit bitter in her tweet and I recall from some tweets from here earlier in the year she seemed pretty hard willed - I don't mean that in a positive or negative - just my thoughts at the time. My point, sort of sorry he isn't going to have her in his court, so to speak, when the album comes out because here tweet in the first part of the thread sounded like she was excited and wanted to promote it. And then when she found out it was not on the album abruptly moved to the shopping it to another pop star thing... hmm I see nothing bitter in Sia's tweet at all. I see a song that she liked so much she wants to sell it to someone else to record. That is a very good thing because Adam is still a co writer on it. It means $ for him and it means he will have some writing clout being on a song along with Sia. Also, she is focusing on writing now and will most likely not perform anymore. OK, good points and forgot about the Adam writing cred... She just sounded so excited to promote the song:-) |

And again, people trot out the E word whenever anyone expresses emotion or concern. I've really begun to hate that word, but here, I'll use it again ...
Agree! Did not like her article much. Now, if people are tweeting crap to Adam, that is another thing. I would never tell him what to do. It's his life. But if I can't commiserate and/or celebrate with friends, then WTF am I doing here?!

Sigh. Oh, well. I am desperate for new music from Adam. I NEED new music from Adam. But, I have needed new music from Adam all of 2011. The thing about my obsession is, I am so enamored by the man and his music that I am insatiable. I can barely remember when I wasn't. When the new single comes out I will play it excessively for a few weeks and then look around and say, "Okay, what's next?" When the new album comes out (in Jan, Feb, March, April???) I will be in seventh heaven and play it non-stop on my iPod for a month or two, and then look around and say, "Okay, what's next?" Wait ANOTHER two years for album #3? I'll never survive! The plain truth is I cannot get enough of Adam. There is no way that he can give enough interviews, appear on enough TV programs, release enough music, tweet enough twats to satiate me for more than a short period of time. The problem is entirely mine, not Adam's. So, I will have to find a way to deal with my addiction. I am not willing to go into rehab or enter a twelve-step program, as that would require me to give up Adam completely, like an alcoholic has to give up drinking, period. Nope, ain't gonna do that. Instead, I am gonna give myself a good attitude adjustment. Three years ago my life was looking rather dull; black and white. Adam sang "Mama" and the world changed to technicolor. That's a good thing. I'm gonna enjoy the new music whenever Adam graces us with it. In the meantime, I'm gonna take my paint and brushes and maybe a little glitter, and find other stuff to glamorize.  I gave up cigarettes for my health. I am trying to give up sugar for my health. I AM NOT giving up Adam!!!  |

LOL, this is us right now!  Love this cartoon. According to "Time for Miracles" the world ends in 2012. If this turns out to be true, I am really going to be pissed that we didn't get to hear Adam's new music before we all go. It seems that is all I am living for lately. Oh well, I had to wait nine months for each of my children. I guess I can wait as long for the birth of Adam's album. Anybody else remember the two months before you gave birth. That's what I feel like now. I want to pull the hair right out of my head. You hang on Glamnana. All this love, good thoughts, and positive energy heading your way is going to make you totally well by the time Adam's album is here. Hang on and be strong. You need to be ready to dance and sing again in 2012(ish). |
