Lynne, loved your post. I'll never leave the playground - ever. MyS*&@^#r, I'm posting. You know what that means. I'm just home after meeting a tow truck driver in the hood and having my car towed. As hard as I think life is I don't want to lose it in the hood. As to the mood in this place over the last 24 hours, I wish you guys had my skills (or my bottle). When the angst starts to overcome, I zoom out. Put things in perspective. That huge mountain is just an anthill in the grand scheme of things. As I had to tell myself when my car wouldn't start in the hood. If Adam can overcome the AMA's, he c.a.n. d.o. a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g. And to Gramnana, I think is the username, my heart hurts for you. Fight the fight. It's all we can do. Yeah!!!!!

Uploaded by SwedishNonny on Sep 13, 2011 A guy singing Adam Lambert's Aftermath at the Swedish Idol audition.Lol, omg! I love it when people sing Adam's songs, good to know that he's popular, but YIKES! That was bad!!! But he did try and give a good effort. Oh did anyone notice that they were playing Broken Open at the end there?

I heart this video. I'm quite curious to see what his next album will sound like, so maybe we can divert tomorrow's conversation towards more constructive subjects and try to analyze Amy's and Dadbert's tweets about the listening party. I am intrigued about the potential dubstep and the idea that he is not using his wail as much (or at least not as much as Amy wants, which is just fine by me, personally). Were there songs on FYE where he didn't wail? Not that many, I think. BO and A Loaded Smile are the only ones that come to mind. Well now I'm going to come across as a Debbie Downer again...lol! I'm a tad nervous after reading some of those tweets. I'm all about the wail - enjoy Adam's ballads - but it's the wail that sends me to the moon! Even Aftermath - for me, doesn't get great until he hits that wailing riff....also (omg I should just shut up now) I'm rarely a fan of the music he recommends, which is a little scary.... but I'm trusting him to release a SMASH single.... and I think he's savvy enough to know what going to work.

[ My logical mind wants to know how Adam is assessing the market and how to maximize his advantage in it. If he is giving up the pre-Christmas sales advantage, does he see other benefits of a 2012 release? My gut tells me this is not his decision. Just not logical.....but not giving up support for him, and no longer angsting at what I have no control over. I so love this man! Joining the group hug..... My guess would be that the longer time for the single to climb the charts (we hope) will increase sales. Does anyone know for a fact that albums released at the end of November sell better overall than other albums? Long term? Especially without much lead time for a single?

Yeah! That's been my point of view once the first hour of WTF was over. Not given it a moment's concern since. Anxious for new music and hearing Adam talk, but not worried. He'll work it out. Love that pic! ;D

mys*&@^#r50, big HUG!! We are sooooooooo close to Adam #2:), think his next concert in the LA area will be Nokia????? This time next year he will be touring, I truly believe this!!! Where do you think he will perform???? I think he will still start his tour for summer. We will have to wait and see how the single does before we predict the venues, my dear! I hope the venues are bigger, so he can do less dates. Easier on the voice and body, you know! But I do know if he performs in Phoenix, you will have a house guest! ;D Hello, burrito! Yikes, sorry about your car but glad you are safely home.

My interpretation was that Amy (and Eber) like more rock. This album, I am assuming, will be Pop. IIHY, Fever, WWFM, FYE, Strut, and VooDoo are all very Pop and Adam does plenty of wailing. Don't worry!
