I just got my pendant too, and the pictures don't do it justice. For anyone who didn't get the Eye of Horus pendant, Pennyroyal has a non-Adam one that looks really nice. It's a raised design instead of incised and it doesn't have the Ankh at the center of the eye, but still pretty cool. www.pennyroyalstudio.com/shop/eye-of-horus/eye-of-horus-pendant/tried to embed the picture but couldn't make it happen. Thank you :D!

Regarding Adam's forgiving nature -
Unconditional love is not easy - he does as well as anyone I know, regardless of belief or nonbelief. He is one amazing soul...

That is a really nice looking pendant. I could kick myself for not getting Adam's Eye Of Horus pendant. I might have to get this one.

I was thinking because he truly thinks we deserve it! Yes we do!! ;D ETA: Woah! I didn't mean to be spamming the thread. I'll stop now! I was thinking because it is MTV and he wants them to be ready for his fans when the new album and single come out! Hi PIA! I voted until I received a message that I am a voting rockstar and I maxed out my daily limit. ;D I will vote again tomorrow, this will help pass the time until the single

I hate to interrupt the drooling over the gorgeous screencaps above but I thought I'd let you know there was a SuBo type moment on XFactor this evening. Youtube in XFactor thread. Carry on

I just weakened and finally bought my pendant -- I really wanted one and decided that the medical bills can wait! HA!
RL keeps me away from here for most of the day and evening, so it's always interesting to catch up -- today's thread was really interesting and reminded me of what I tell others about forgiveness -- we shouldn't forgive others for their sake, but we forgive them for our sake. Forgiveness lightens our souls.

OH thanks for posting this!! I wanted to buy something while it still helps The Trevor Project -- and I want an Eye of Horus. This is perfect and looks a bit like my EOH that I adopted many years before Adam. (actually before he was even born.)

That's a very slippery slope to slide down. He is an artist and one of the canvases that he uses is himself. If he starts censoring himself to please the masses he is compromising his art. This is exactly the lesson he is trying to teach us. You cannot live your life constantly worrying about pleasing others. Sure there are times that you must adjust your behavior but this is a night out with his friends that he is sharing with us and he is being true to himself. If we applaud him for being himself and then expect him to censor himself as to not offend then WE are the hypocrites. Conformity is not the key to universal acceptance, we must learn to accept others for who they are and not who we want them to be. True acceptance means that even when he does things we don't like we are able to say "I don't like it but it's his life" and not project our judgements on him. We don't have to like everything he does but who are we to say he shouldn't be doing it. Like it or don't like it is as far as our judgement should go. His fans are the last people who should be asking him to change in order to convince some imagined fence sitters. Let the fence sitters and haters worry about themselves if we start asking him to change then how is that supporting him. Very late -- this was on page 4 -- but I love this post and agree. trying to resist spamming urges...but what an interesting, volatile, emotionally compelling thread!
