Plus Neil's tweet. Much of it stems from Lisa's calling Adam "Your Majesty"- I know it annoyed me terribly. What's the date for the Lisa P tweets? I'd like to look at them again and can't find them on her twitter account. Was it closed? she deleted her account after her rampage and then opened a new one later

Neil's tweet said "his name is on the CD" - I do not understand what this proves...Adam's name is on the CD as well... confusing to me... I thought it was never established whom Lisa was referring to...Wasn't it an assumption that she was talking about Adam? And if she were - how is that related to this album? I can see how we can create a "logical circumstantial" connection but it seems far fetched unless there is something else there... what is proves is that Monte continues to have a business relationship with this guy. Monte apparently doesn't find him to be as slimey as Adam does.

Has anybody received any twitter DM's from Monte? Just curious? Not me. Anyone else have something to share? (Looking at you, Miss Lulu).

YW gelly, I am wondering why the pap's pics showing Adam's license plate number so clearly, though? :-/ Just Jared did them the right way. Paps are usually very careful about that. However, it happened once before a long time ago when he was shopping with Danielle. But, that being said, no one could get info from his license plate anyway. And the Uber fans know his address anyway.

I'm new here and the whole BFM argument confuses me. In truth I like the Citizen Vein songs and those are the ones on BFM. Having seen the ASCAP registry I don't think it's arguable that these are just older songs by Adam and Monte that no longer represent Adam's vision. I do get that Adam doesn't endorse it and it's not the real second record but it happens quite often that artists don't own their masters. Ironically Adam and Monte probably have more writing credit on this older record than they do on the first RCA record (if you look people like Max Martin and Dr. Luke wrote most of that stuff). Someone clearly has the rights to use Adam's name because who would be crazy enough to get into a legal battle with Sony who even if their music companies aren't doing so well make a fortune on TVs and playstations. Anyway - I'm not endorsing the product- I won't buy it but I sometimes feel like people in the glamily take Adam's 140 character tweets and invent details that aren't there. How can you blame Monte? He went into the studio and wrote some songs with Adam and now someone else got the rights? Not his doing.

Monte apparently doesn't find him to be as slimey as Adam does. so far: 1) Monte thanked the guy on Monte's CD = there was some relationship while creating Monte's CD 2) Monte's name is on "Beg for Mercy" So, how does this prove that Monte KNEW about "Beg for Mercy" release? And how does it prove that Monte HAD KNOWN about the release PRIOR TO WORKING with the guy on his own CD? (sorry I can't remember the title) I am still confused... As far as Lisa's tweets - there was no clear picture as to what was meant and who she's referred to, so I am ignoring that old business completely....

The argument confuses me too, and part of my confusion undoubtedly stems from the fact that so much of it is speculation. I've decided to suspend judgment until we hear more from the parties involved. Having said that, though, I have to add that I wouldn't mind the release of this old material quite so much if it didn't always seem to coincide with the release of new material. It seems like a deliberate attempt to confuse fans who have been eagerly awaiting Adam's new album.
