Just a heads up for those voting for the MTV oawards with a fandom facebook:
I just got locked out of my fandom FB account unless I verify with a real phone number. Reading the facebook fine print it says you are only allowed one account (news to me) and whatever account you verify with your phone number, the other accounts may be disabled. As I have a RL account that I certainly don't want disabled, I won't do this.
I'm been using this fandom account for months and never run into this before, but in case other people do, be careful!
Voting away with just twitter now...

sunbaked and evergreen, I'm using firefox and I think I figured it out. I went into options and changed the text size and your posts were larger, although this reply is smaller, so maybe I didn't. Ha! Sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don't. Thanks, though for responding. I'll figure it out tomorrow when I'm in my right mind.

Oh good, good, good. Fun Adam tweets. Hope it puts everyone in a better state of mind. I don't think there is anything else to say about the whole bastard album mess that hasn't been said or speculated about. At this point, I'd prefer Adommy flailing than any more depressing conflict. Go ahead, throw stones, pretend it's about Adommy comment rather than just pent up hostility about the last few days. I don't mind. THIS! Popping in and out because of RL stuff, and now reading backwards through the thread. I jumped in with a bunch of generally silly comments without having read what came before, sorry. Anyway, this is pretty much where I was coming from. And very little doubt in my mind that Adam was trying to distract us/improve our mood. It worked for me! ETA: of course...maybe it's not all about *us*. Maybe he's just having some fun with a friend. ~For our entertainment  ACK! I feel like I have to say...I'm just having fun/joking!!! I also had fun with NoAngel's post about seeing Adam nekkid and Chunkey's macro about Adam's soft serve hair, among others! And last week...the *bored* gif with Richard Gere and the gerbil is still making me LOL. Yes I'm perverted. And I like to laugh. ETA: Aaaaaaannnddd, I'm talking to myself. Yup, cray. Permission was given when the master recordings were made would be my guess so I would assume that they have the right to use those master recordings but would still have to pay the songwriting royalties. That would be my assumption. . If that was true, then how did they stop them last time? We have no idea what or who has kept these recordings from being released. It could be many things, not the least of which was the owner of the master recordings (Welsford) wanting more money for them than anyone was willing to pay him. I am NOT saying that this is the cause, just putting forward as an example of another alternative explanation for the delay in releasing these recordings. |

burrito I'm not sure in your altered state of consciousness current operating mode if your saw evergreen's post on the last page... Are you on a Mac or a PC? On a Mac it is command + and magically all the text gets bigger. *clinks bourbon glass to yer wine glass*
