I just think it's rather interesting that Tommy had been playing gigs with Monte but apparently last night @the Whisky A Go Go Monte had a bass player by the name of Max Whipple. I would think that Tommy would have been available ... I wonder I think Tommy's GF had a gig somewhere last night.. maybe he was at that show.. or with Ravi..

Sorry, do not think these albums are going to give Adam cred. Not where he wants it anyway. The only thing that is going to give him cred is a great #2 album, with great sales, and 2-3 singles that take off on the radio and make him part of the Top 40 elite. BFM is totally a Monte Pitman style type album, not Adam.

Not trying to stir the pot here, but I just screencapped this in case it went 'poof' >:( Well, that's actually not true. Only one other person, Monte, will make money off this (except the weasel Wexford, of course).

To clarify.. Unethical people and practices bother me..a lot. If I do not dance on the hot coals of all that is going on, it does not mean I condone what is happening. But I have enough going on in RL life now, like cleaning up a well contamination..that I have to keep my head above water when I choose to be on the thread, lurking or posting. So if I walk the road of a chuckle here and there, it is no diss to anyone taking this very seriously on the thread. Fuckery abounds in the music biz. I am sorry it has to affect Adam this time around. But, as I told Gelly, I DO believe this can be spun to benefit Adam in the long run BIG TIME! I also think, that taking a breath and walking away now and then in the heat of things can be helpful for one's sanity. JMO for what it is worth...

Well, those tweets from MontePittmanWeb aren't Monte himself but his webmaster, so I don't feel like I can hold them specifically against him.
However, they are really not all that different from what Monte said himself in his own statement, just phrased much more baldly. So I have plenty to be irritated with Monte about already.
I do wonder if his webmaster, like his graphics designer, is a fan turned volunteer/employee/whatever. The light and love tweet? Sounds like a former glambert LOL.

The worst part of this is that Wexford (or whatever his name is) is sitting back with 1 or 2 more albums worth of CV stuff and will do this again and again.
And if you consider that, then it would be well worth Monte to back them and hope for 2-3 albums worth of royalities. So it's not really surprising that he chose to do so..

Catz bb it's CERTAINLY NOT your fault that this asshole is from NZ Your country is the N.1 COUNTRY SUPPORTING ADAM IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!!!!! Thanks bb I know it's not anyone's fault as to which country they were born in, but it makes it doubly hard (for me) when NZ is such a huge Adam supporter and then this guy goes and screws Adam over. *pouts and excommunicates Wellsford from NZ* >:( >:( >:(

At this point I'm done gnashing my teeth over Monte. I think he's made a big mistake deciding to align himself with this project but he has and all I can do now is stop following him on twitter(done) and not buy anything he's selling. I don't want to dwell upon how his choice impacts any relationship he has with Adam.
I'm going to use all my outrage and direct it at the source of this mess at the Rat who created this project. It would be great to able to harness all this energy into some kind of action.

Tommy hasn't played with Monte since May. Liz was with Tommy at Monte's release party as part of the audience. (Not sure if Liz Ann had a gig earlier.) She may have, because Monte didn't go on until 10:30.
