The worst part of this is that Wexford (or whatever his name is) is sitting back with 1 or 2 more albums worth of CV stuff and will do this again and again. He probably does, and if enough people go ahead and buy this album for whatever reason, it will be financially worth it to him to do this again. Although heck he doesn't even need more material to do it again, the Paramount Sessions are basically Take One repackaged. We could be seeing BFM The Remixes right as Adam kicks off album #3 a few years from now LOL.

Sorry, do not think these albums are going to give Adam cred. Not where he wants it anyway. The only thing that is going to give him cred is a great #2 album, with great sales, and 2-3 singles that take off on the radio and make him part of the Top 40 elite. BFM is totally a Monte Pitman style type album, not Adam. I don't think the old music itself will give Adam cred. I think the fact that Adam worked his ass off making music and trying to break though for years before we went on Idol will give him more cred in some people's eyes. And I totally agree that what will help Adam most is to EXPLODE with his own single and album!

I just think it's rather interesting that Tommy had been playing gigs with Monte but apparently last night @the Whisky A Go Go Monte had a bass player by the name of Max Whipple. I would think that Tommy would have been available ... I wonder I have been wondering about this for a bit now. There was a fuss on twitter when Monte's album that was made with the Kickstarter funds came out - from what I gathered from twitter, he had said that Tommy would be playing on the album and T fans had donated based on that. I haven't even looked at the album, but I guess T did NOT actually play on the album - there were several complaints. I think someone was also supposed to get something signed by both Monte & Tommy and it only had M's signature. I'm not one who pays much attention to the band - just what I see go by in my twitter feed - but I think there have been some other M gigs where T hasn't played recently. There has always been some possible reason why not - but I don't think I've seen anything actually linking T & M in the last month or two. A has also made a point of tweeting with/about T since this whole bruhaha started. Just all looks a little interesting, but is completely circumstatial and may mean nothing!!!

kinda expecting Adam to tweet support for Monte....cuz he's like that (darling boy)
...even then, I'll be hard pressed to EVER look at Monte with anything but contempt. He and his minions are pissing me off!

After this album, I wouldn't care half as much. I truly feel that album #2 is the album of Adam's career. I don't think any album is going to be as important as this one.

Not trying to stir the pot here, but I just screencapped this in case it went 'poof' >:( 1. Just to be clear, this was written by the webmaster on Monte's site, not Monte himself. We do not know if Monte had any knowledge that the webmaster would write this, but it would be unusual for a musician to micromanage the website and the actions of the webmaster to that degree. 2. The statement, tho tasteless, is actually fact. Just like, "Just because the siding on my house and the pipes used throughout turned out to be defective and cost me thousands of dollars to replace, it doesn't mean the construction workers didn't put their passion and hard work on it." So, I should not sue the workers, or the construction company, but, rather the company producing the faulty material. In this case, I think the one to hold responsible is Malcolm, who owns the tracks and is timing their release and publicity. Other than that, we all have our opinions, and are free to express them at Adamtopia (provided we do not keep repeating them over and over). We are also free to disagree with the opinions of others (provided we do it politely, without attacking the person, their loyalty to Adam, or their right to form their own opinion.) Just a little reminder of the few but important rules on this site. Thanks.

I really don't. They are probably rockers or indie snobs and BFM won't make one bit of difference because Adam is firmly in Pop. I love you, NoAngel, but this is a point we will have to disagree on. IMO, the least amount of publicity for these 2 bastard albums, the better.

His last gig with Monte was right before Lisa's twitter rant.
