Can anyone tell me the best Kindle and the easiest one to use. Is everyone satisfied with a kindle? Sorry to change subject for one moment. I LOVE my Kindle. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I bought the one with 3G so that I can download books anywhere I have a connection rather than have to attach it to a computer. My 80 year old landlady bought one on my recommendation. She was THRILLED to report that she downloaded a book from Amazon in her hotel bed in Finland! |

There is already an update on the page, it shows in the screencap ^^^^. I have a feeling the Twitterers have already reported it. Nobody had reported it to Adam Official yet so I just did. I saw the update. The date that was posted was today. Jim & Lyndsay received that press release Friday. I hope other music web pages that don't know any better don't start reporting this for the Monday morning news cycle. I picked up an email with the following link: mi2n.com/press.php3?press_nb=147320. I can't find the page on AO to see if it's already been reported. Any one got the direct link or know if it's been done? |

(Some guy tweeted about BFM, calling it Adam's official release and then said essentially: whatever, it's a gay album anyway and only gays will care.) Why did my comment along with another one, disappear on Adam's myspace account? ??? What is going on? If you go to AO and scroll to the bottom of the page there are icons linking to his official myspace, facebook and twitter accounts. The Myspace link there is: www.myspace.com/adamlambertmusicThis page is almost bare nothing seems to have ever been set up on it. The link that you guys are commenting on is slightly different in that rather than adamlambertmusic as all one word the link is adamlambert/music. On AFL there are no links that I can find to either Adam's facebook or a myspace account. The link you are commenting on (http://www.myspace.com/adamlambert/music/songs/beg-for-mercy-84512737) looks like it should be off of what comes up as his official profile when you just go to myspace and search(http://www.myspace.com/adamlambert) but it is not the profile that is linked from AO which is strange. But the really weird thing is that I cannot find any way to get to that BFM link you are posting on other than the direct link which is being circulated around. When you go to the myspace and search adam lambert you get this profile as the first result: www.myspace.com/adamlambert then when you click on music and then see all songs under the songs list you get this url: www.myspace.com/adamlambert/music/songs but from there I see no listing for bfm nor any way to end up with the url that is your direct link: www.myspace.com/adamlambert/music/songs/beg-for-mercy-84512737 so did they use some hacker method to create a page that looks like it is on his profile but really is only accessible from the direct link? |

I used to think my stanning was an escape--a place where I could get out of my head and allow my spirit to be free. Adam did come along at a time when I needed to do that. The music and concerts transport me to those other-worldly places for sure. But, a place such as this that draws so many deep and fascinating people, can't help but lend itself to self-exploration if we choose to go there. How lucky to have both opportunities as an Adam fan! Great reminder and essay, NoAngel!

Adam was the only entertainer I have ever come across that revealed himself so honestly to the world. He always expressed his love for all his fans so sincerely. Somehow I always felt included in that big group of people that he loved. When someone loves you, it makes you smile. Your blood flows faster and you laugh louder. You get up in the morning feeling excited to be alive knowing you are valued by at least one human in this world. And that human is so beautiful, so talented, so loving, so giving of himself. I've never come across another artist who has given so much of himself to so many, yet made it seem so personal and intimate to each individual. I literally cannot imagine my life without Adam. Have yet to be able to really explain why. I was listening to the videos posted today from Idol and cried again when he sang "If I Can't Have You", "Tracks of My Tears", and "Mad World." I do know there is something in my brain that responds to the tone and purity of his voice. I can physically feel it. There is something about his character that makes me feel so proud to be his fan, and to be included in all of your lives. There is something about his person that makes me feel like I have been exposed to something so beautiful that it touches my heart and makes me feel incredibly happy to be alive. Kinda weird, isn't it. You've said so beautifully what I believe is why he 'got to' me. I've never 'stanned anyone ever before and this hit me like a ton of bricks, without really understanding why. Thank you for verbalising it for me  . The bit about his voice though is what I try and explain to anyone around me if I ever think they might listen :-/. Someday; soon-ish  Oh, and he makes me smile every time I look at him : . |
