adamlambertAdam Lambert @milestougeaux hahah are wearing that hat? ?? I think I'm being clueless. What is he talking about? ??? Football, The Raiders. Eber is a huge Raiders fan. Adam hates football. It was gentle ribbing back and forth.

[looks up] So the inclusion of "Kiss and Tell" makes this an Adam Lambert album versus Citizen Vein?? I do not know if Kiss and Tell is on this album. I do not think that this was recorded by Welsford. I will make my post clearer. _________________ My only point is that maybe there was a gap in the contracts with Adam. Monte and the band, and they do not have the right to use CV. That is what is posted on Amazon by a couple of the Welsford peeps and would explain why Twitter suspended the CV account so quickly, I can't figure out why they would post something like that if it wasn't true --- well I guess I can because it seem to be easy for them to lie,

[ There is a US District Court case -- filed in Feb and March 2011 by Michael Burtscher against Ivan Rene Moore/Ruff Town Entertainment/SCD. There is a lot of material, emails, copyright filing info etc. It is all public record, and I have read most of it. It appears the Michael Burtscher owned the Take One recording masters through his New Zealand company Coldwater Entertainment Limited of which he is the sole director. The copyright on Take One album is held by Coldwater Entertainment Limited aka Dublyn Jones Rufftown Entertainment Group/CSD. He wrote all the songs on Take One. For those interested in the 100+ pages of this.... www.courthousenews.com/2011/03/18/MusicBiz.pdfI found it interesting that the screen caps they used to prove that the distributor wasn't paying them all included Glambert comments about it being an unauthorized album.

The total level of unprofessionalism is also kind of shocking. I have downloaded several other filings but there is no more info than what is in the original filing. Mostly technical corrections.

[snort] Ok, if I can't reveal my football ignorance on an Adam Lambert site, nowhere is safe! ;D Isn't Eber still in the San Diego area? Why would he root for a San Fransisco team? I thought there were other football teams in California (I am so not asking my husband this question, as he would look at me if I had three heads!!) Also, was that T-shirt a joke, or is there really a Raiders T-shirt that says AL? I mean according to Wiki the team is headquartered in Alameda, but would they really put AL on a piece of offical clothing! Don't laugh!!!!! I really don't know the answers to this stuff!!!!!!

Hi HSM! The Raiders moved to LA for a good while - I assume that's why Eber is a fan. And the t-shirt was not a joke - it was a tribute to the prior owner Al Davis, who passed away last week.

Burtscher and Welsford were connected -- but Welsford recently set up a corporation called Colwel Platinum of which he is the sole director. BFM is being released by Colwel Platinum and I cannot find any connection between BFM and Burtscher, Rene Moore or the "fine folks" at South Central. I am still digging thru filings, shell corporations and court records. Man, what a tangled web they weave. Well, if the album can't be released under Citizen Vein cause that name is off limits... and it can't be released under Adam Lambert cause he hates it... then just call the damned thing "The Michael Burtscher Album," featuring MONTE PITTMAN and Adam Lambert (in tiny letters) >:(

I feel slightly less dolt-like now.
