No I think it makes Perez look like an ass for calling Stacy old. Adam didn't realize that Perez actually likes Adele, but Adam's point was that Adele doesn't fit the normal Pop image but because She has talent that is why She's successfull. Adam looks like a hero for coming to Stacy's defense.

Wow! When I popped in this morning everybody was thrilled with Adam's tweet Adoring Us! I come back now and the energy kind changed over Adam's hair, predictions of first week sales, and a smack down by Adam of Perez. We are definitely in need of that SINGLE!!
I'm sure everyone has moved on but since I'm here late my opinion on Adam's hair is ......well, I can be gracious because I KNOW IT WILL GROW BACK FAST!! ;D And I've always thought that Sauli seemed like a nice, happy guy but I don't think he's really good looking. But he has been looking better since he's been here with Adam.
I've never been too impressed with Neil and the statements he's made but I found this new 'man on the street' interviewing kind of interesting and will probably watch his next one.
And on Perez....well...he's just an a-hole...plain and simple!
All the above is just my opinion of course!

(hate to admit it) His comment was: “@stacyfrancis You're definitely talented and have a great voice but, sadly, at 42 you're too old to be the pop star you said you want to be,” the gossip blogger tweeted on Wednesday. Adele is 22. The girls on the pop charts are 30 and under. It would be pratically an impossible task to lauch a Pop Star to radio at the age of 42. Guys are in a different category. It's okay if they are a little older. The women have an expiration date, as far as Pop goes. >:(

Hmmm, did Adam remove the relatively new, small, silver hoop earring from his right ear? The one that was just a tad higher than where the small stud used to be. Or am I just not getting a good view of that ear?
Curious minds want to know for no particular reason.

Okay, I've finally figured out why I'm so drawn to AFL and it's this hair discussion that made me realize it. He's got nerve. He's unafraid. Traits I wish I had but not in this lifetime. I'm not keen on this current hairstyle but I'm keen on his ability to wear it, own it, detractors be damned. That goes for his hair, his makeup, his clothes, his music choices. If we could all be so fearless. Well, maybe not all of us. It takes fearless and fearful, tenors and baritones, blondes and redheads, lefties and righties....uhhh, male and female, Finnish and American...uhh...country and pop...uhhh...you get my drift. And I'm drifting folks, really drifting. Seriously, though, do any of us have his nerve??? Hats off to you if you do. Well, my children and my husband do, and so I should be used to it. I actually do admire the way he has fun with his look and doesn't take himself too seriously, but that doesn't mean all looks are equal. Some are more equal than others, lol. I love Adam, as we all do here. All of us support the things that matter in the ways that matter. His hairstyles fall into the category of things that aren't that deep. He has fun being unique, being out of the box, and sometimes going for the shock value; some have fun responding to its various manifestations with a sense of humor. Some of us "get" certain looks and what he is going for at any given time, and some of us don't. It's all good. What we all do get and are rather * passionately* serious about is supporting his serious talent and his career in most every way we can. That is why he adores us, and why, no matter what style he sports, or no matter what our individual preferences for the prettiest pretty may be, we adore him the way we do. At the base of everything, we are all crazy about GNAFL.

Just finally listened to the Neil Rodgers interview that was mentioned here earlier. www.pbs.org/wnet/tavissmiley/interviews/musician-producer-nile-rodgers/?show=10077#top Found it totally interesting. Lots of music biz discussion. No Adam mention. It's 23 minutes long, so fill up your wine glass and enjoy the chat. Adam and Neil have a lot in common. Neil also is somebody who can talk for ever and does have a lot to say. But the interviewer is great too. Did not understand everything, but was certainly worth the listen.
