WITWIGNAFL! Where is he now? London? New York??? LA??? Where are the paps? They aren't doing their jobs!!!!! >:( :-[ :-/ If he was twweeting from the plane this afternoon, he would have arrived at LAX around 7:00 this evening. If he was stopping in NYC, he would have arrived there around 3:00 this afternoon. Since we haven't heard from anyone in NYC seeing him, I am going to go with that he is back in LA and relaxing with Sauli.

Well how do we know for sure they DIDN'T get a listening preview? I mean, would they be ones to tweet about it anyways? I mean w only know about these ppl who heard it because they tweeted it....sooo just bc BBC radio didn't tweet abt it doesn't mean it didn't happen or it won't happen. But who knows... the interview was the BBC interview www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-15618489One of my favorite parts of the Roger,Brian,Adam interview is when Adam is talking about Freddie's influence on him but brings the focus back to both Roger and Brian, with his hands on their shoulders, and references the music they (Queen) all wrote together, so everything isn't just about Freddie. Once again i think the U N is missing out by not recruiting Adam as their Peacemaker.

The case of Adam uploading the music toMYspace and allowing free donwloads was done in 2008. I did not read any information that Welsford sent Adam notice to desist from doing such. And this is the part that got to me: a. They loaned Adam $ 2,500 in May 2006 b. They will pay him $ 100 for his prorata share for each of the compositions in question c. They paid him $25 per hour for recording the demo, and $50 per hour for recording the finals performances. d. After considering all these , Welsford owed Lambert $ 312.50 for which they paid him for it in Dec 2008.. e. Welsford/Wishire assigned their rights on this contract to Colwell Platinum - the current complainant It seems the downloads to myspace were down with permission to help advertise the product. The loan in 2006, why? If this is a true date, as there are no other 2006 dates mentioned, then how does this apply to an agreement signed in 2008? If it's not a typo then this will back up his counter that they didn't fullfil the 2008 contract. There was an older agreement for the Take One demo recordings and maybe some other session work -- the original agreement was from 2005.

I think if I were Adam after a week like this, I'd muttering incoherently something like: Need home. Need shower. Need bed. Need sweetie curled next to me. Need sleep. Now, after waking up with energy, THEN things get interesting!!! #mindfirmlyingutter #don'tmindme ;D ;D ;D

Last I heard, there is no WiFi on overseas flights and Lufthansa is the only airline that offers WiFi on international flights. The main reason is, you have to be within range of the continent with which you're connecting (meaning directly over it). Last March I flew to Cabo and had in-flight WiFi, but it only lasted while we were over continental U.S. (so, leaving from L.A., that was only about 1.5 hours). :-/ It goes fast, but I do love me some in-flight WiFi.

Monte isn't mentioned at all in the lawsuit. Monte said in his letter he and Adam sold their rights to the songs long ago. He and Steve Cooke talk of being paid well. How does Monte fit into the lawsuit? Is there anything to indicate Adam still owns his portion? I don't consider this well paid. It seems almost slave labor for someone of Adam's caliber of voice. Can we tell from the pay if these were demos or actual recordings (He would be paid $50 for final product)? The contract seems to back up what Adam has said IMO. This wasn't a star making recording contract. It did seem like session work. The early part of the contract even indicates Adam was paid as a session singer. The meager amounts show how much of a struggling artist he was. Note: 2006 was when Adam had quit Wicked touring company and working in "Debbie Does Dallas". $2,500 would have been a great deal of money. It also shows a long term relationship with Adam. They new him from 2006 and didn't see his star potential? Fonzerelli and J. Scott G both said Adam terminated all working relationships with them to go on idol. Would he be careless enough to overlook Wilshire? Adam talked about the Welsford relationship (nameless producer from New Zealand) in a few interviews Summer of 2009. He pretty much stopped talking about it after Take One surfaced in July 2009. Adam met Monte at Zodiac Show at the in December 2004. Monte introduced Adam to Malcolm Welsford in early 2005. As far as I can tell based on what lawyers have told me, Adam did not need a release from Malcolm to go on Idol. Finally, all the lawyers seem to agree that this will never make it to court.

I agree. Actually, I thought that the ear plugs he has are custom-made. Sound men are apparently harder to get right. I hope he gets whatever he needs to be happy!!! He does have custom earplugs. Even at the EMAs he had to direct the sound man. I wonder if there is something about the strength and pureness of his voice that makes it difficult for him to hear. I mean, when he was wailing on Sunday, I was imagining what it would be like to have that voice going directly into your ears. It's gotta be really loud, no? Where is cassie or keyboard. We need some technical answers here. I think I remember Kanadie explaining sonethingg about it once. You don't see most other singers, I'm avoiding the term "artists," fiddling with their ear plugs the way Adam does, but is it because of the autotune they use, because Adam is such a perfectionist, or what?

re: band members for the next promo and tour
I would not be surprised to see Adam with all new musicians in the future. If the music has gone in different directions, other musicians with expertise in other styles may be necessary. Then there is the fact that Adam is going to explode and take everything to a higher level. He will have the luxury of hiring the best in the business.
I currently drive a 2000 plymouth van. It gets me where I want to go reliably. It had few bells and whistles when I bought it, but, I couldn't afford those little extras at the time (and still can't.) But, if I won the lottery tomorrow, you can bet I would buy a new vehicle, and it would be equipped with every comfort and convenience available to man. By the same token, if I won the lottery I would no longer go to my local hair salon for a trim, or color my hair at home. I would feel no guilt at abandoning my hair dresser and the Loreal people. If I can get the best looking cut, styling and color job possible, why not do it?
I respect Adam's loyalty to his friends and fellow artists. I also recognize his strong perfectionist streak and his appreciation for the best people he can possibly work with. I want the best voice in the business to have the best tools of the business at his disposal, and that includes musicians. I will be most interested to see how he casts the next show.
