Adam talked about the Welsford relationship (nameless producer from New Zealand) in a few interviews Summer of 2009. He pretty much stopped talking about it after Take One surfaced in July 2009. Adam met Monte at Zodiac Show at the in December 2004. Monte introduced Adam to Malcolm Welsford in early 2005. As far as I can tell based on what lawyers have told me, Adam did not need a release from Malcolm to go on Idol. Finally, all the lawyers seem to agree that this will never make it to court. Is there anything Adam can do to keep the pond scum from doing this everytime he put out a new record? Or two fake albums?

re: band members for the next promo and tour I would not be surprised to see Adam with all new musicians in the future. If the music has gone in different directions, other musicians with expertise in other styles may be necessary. Then there is the fact that Adam is going to explode and take everything to a higher level. He will have the luxury of hiring the best in the business. I'm thinking an all girl band! It could solve a lot of "problems" in the future!

He does have custom earplugs. Even at the EMAs he had to direct the sound man. I wonder if there is something about the strength and pureness of his voice that makes it difficult for him to hear. I mean, when he was wailing on Sunday, I was imagining what it would be like to have that voice going directly into your ears. It's gotta be really loud, no? Where is cassie or keyboard. We need some technical answers here. I think I remember Kanadie explaining sonethingg about it once. You don't see most other singers, I'm avoiding the term "artists," fiddling with their ear plugs the way Adam does, but is it because of the autotune they use, because Adam is such a perfectionist, or what? My guess? It is partially due to perfectionism on Adam's part. But, mostly, it is because of how Adam sings. How he opens his mouth wide for a certain note or sound, how he adjusts his tone and volume by adjusting the shape of his mouth. Most pop singers don't do that. They sing much like they talk, with little modification or changes in their mouth and jaw, hence, little likelihood of dislodging the well-fitted monitor. And, as to why he pulls out only one monitor at times (with frustration, usually) I would say that there is a problem with only that monitor: static, short, imbalance, distortion, excessive loudness, whatever.

If the music has gone in different directions, other musicians with expertise in other styles may be necessary. Then there is the fact that Adam is going to explode and take everything to a higher level. He will have the luxury of hiring the best in the business. I currently drive a 2000 plymouth van. It gets me where I want to go reliably. It had few bells and whistles when I bought it, but, I couldn't afford those little extras at the time (and still can't.) But, if I won the lottery tomorrow, you can bet I would buy a new vehicle, and it would be equipped with every comfort and convenience available to man. By the same token, if I won the lottery I would no longer go to my local hair salon for a trim, or color my hair at home. I would feel no guilt at abandoning my hair dresser and the Loreal people. If I can get the best looking cut, styling and color job possible, why not do it? I respect Adam's loyalty to his friends and fellow artists. I also recognize his strong perfectionist streak and his appreciation for the best people he can possibly work with. I want the best voice in the business to have the best tools of the business at his disposal, and that includes musicians. I will be most interested to see how he casts the next show. I agree that Adam will bring in the best musicians he can afford for the next tour....but I can't see him getting rid of Tommy. If need be he'll stick him somewhere with a fake guitar...lol! He's scenery! (awww man....now I'm gonna be blasted by the Tommy fans) Oh...and I like Issac. Cam bores me to tears.....Zak was awesome! Never thought much of Monte's guitar playing, but he seemed to connect well with Adam. There, my opinion re: band. ;D

He was just paid to produce the demos that became Take One. And all he has is the tracks on B4M and possible 2 more tracks. If Adam is determined to stop it, he will be able to stop it from being released. But that may cost some money. He could also tie this up is courts for a while, and he has much more money than Malcolm to pay lawyers. The most interesting thing about the filing is the rumored July 2009 agreement has now been confirmed.

Tommy is probably sticking around. Despite the fact that he has a handful of CRAY fans, he is pretty and seems to be a loyal guy. He really kind of worships Adam, so I have a soft spot for him. Issac and Cam are pretty cool and don't attract the BSCs, so they can stay too. Other than that, add a couple of hot lesbians! Eye candy for the lesbian and bi fans and for the straight guys that do come to the concerts. Just kidding... sort of.

If he was twweeting from the plane this afternoon, he would have arrived at LAX around 7:00 this evening. If he was stopping in NYC, he would have arrived there around 3:00 this afternoon. Since we haven't heard from anyone in NYC seeing him, I am going to go with that he is back in LA and relaxing with Sauli. Hmm, I think it's more likely he was tweeting from airport. Last I heard, there is no WiFi on overseas flights and Lufthansa is the only airline that offers WiFi on international flights. The main reason is, you have to be within range of the continent with which you're connecting (meaning directly over it). Last March I flew to Cabo and had in-flight WiFi, but it only lasted while we were over continental U.S. (so, leaving from L.A., that was only about 1.5 hours). :-/ It goes fast, but I do love me some in-flight WiFi. There were no non-stops leaving Heathrow for LAX within the time frame he was tweeting. That's why I thought he had to either be on a plane already or stopping in NYC, as there were several leaving for NY at that time. So maybe he is in NYC? Or he just made a connection in NYC perhaps.
