Has Xfactor been ruled out? If Adam prerecorded XF it will be a better kept secret than the EMAs were. First, they use a LIVE audience for the prerecorded segments. So that would mean that 500+ people have kept quiet. And there is no way he can do it LIVE because he would have to be here for rehearsals and I would think he is spending more than 2 days in Helsinki. :-/ ETA: Does anyone haave the link to the Ann Powers review? Thanks!Mys*&@^#r, the only thing I have seen is the comment "Post-genre and post-gender", along with a link to the song. Not sure if she's written a full review yet. |

I saw that post from Pulse and part if it makes sense, except that there is promo for the single and the album later. Kelly did appearances for both as did Cook and Daughtry. I think January for that is fine, but I am still suprised that the single was thrown out there, this week, with no radio interviews (even by phone) or in person radio visits. Yes, I know it is Christmas week, but then why release it now? For the gift card buying next week? If only the fans know about the single, due to no promo, the fans were going to buy the single anyway. Confuzzzled! I'm confuzzled right along with you. |

I do not think that December promo has been ruled out -- we just do not know what is going on.
The EMAs were secret until the day before the performance, and when the show started and we knew Adam was going to be on we still did not know that he would be on with Queen.
So I am going to trust Adam, RCA and DMG and wait to see what happens.

Tampa's spins are only on the online stream they are not broadcasted on the radio and are not counted as a radio spin. yup... and the site does not show the song as "Just Played" - they list everything but Adam. I am no longer going there as I feel that they are trying to "fool" us. Don't think we should discount or ignore Tampa 993 -as I said before, they were early-and big supporters of WWFM. They played it a lot for a long time. 8-) |

The 1st day that Kelly's 1st single was available for radio I heard Her do a short call in radio interview to ChumFM on my way home from work. Kelly's first single never made it to the top spot in ChumFM but was picking up paces this couple weeks and they drop Stronger today. I also saw her the other song get play on the Montreal radio station when I voted this afternoon. I think the label gonna to push Kellys album before Adam's. I don't hear anything about Adam's Album at all from my station. But I don't listen all day so I am not 100% sure. I'll see if I can get BTIKM tomorrow on itune Canada. ETA: What happen to Sony Canada ??? |
