Since Sauli was not convicted, is he still at risk?
Q3: Adding this here because I am far behind in the thread. Sauli is at NO risk because he was not charged with anything. But there are many cases of both parties who were involved in domestic arguments and both parties get charged. Very common if the argument involve being intoxicated and occurs in a bar.

From what I have been told by a Finnish lawyer, and I know nothing about Finnish law or any law, the reason that Sauli and Adam were taken to two different places is because Sauli is a Finn and Adam is a foreign visitor. And it had nothing to do with different levels of charges. Okay, this was news to me. Thank you!  |

Ha, Ha! I found this comment on one of the major news site articles. I've seen comments like it here and there lately. Of course we used to see it ALL the time after AI. So AL's 15 minutes is now almost three years. :D :D

According to twitter they have been seen today in Hyvinkää (Sauli's hometown). Fit for our royal twosome. By the way, went to the TMZ sight and read some comments under the funny video they posted about Adam and Sauli. Some cranky Finns there saying Sauli is no one, they don't know who Adam is, etc. They weren't exactly mean, just cranky. Kind of like I get when someone calls the Kardashians America's First Family or used to call the Cowboys America's Team. |

And it had nothing to do with different levels of charges. With all the discussion of this, I have not seen anyone mention the real risk that Sauli has from US ICE. If he was convinted of our equivant of "Felony Assault", ICE could unilaterally (no hearing) revoke his visa status. And ICE gets to set the felony level. There are no charges - so it wouldn't go to this anyway. Getting so wasted and detained was very stupid of them both and I hope they learnt from this experience. They are in this thing together and they'll work it out together. This was a very minor thing that happens every day in this country were drinking too much is a habit for quite a many people. So no big deal in Finland, can't talk about the US though as I don't know, can only guess . I just wish Adam's music and promo will get all this attention that this thing got. |

So happy Adam has stayed in Finland.. for a long horrible yesterday I thought that he will be in the next plane back home. So all is well! As the song says: if I had wanted to leave I would be already gone.. And he is still here:)) Hope the rest of his time here will be more enjoyable:)) Adam's too much of a pr genius to have hopped on a plane, even if he and Sauli were not seen canoodling at the scene of the crime. Returning to LA would have really caused a tsunami of speculation. In spite of heart stopping mornings like yesterday, I love being an Adam fan and waiting to see how he will handle the bumps in the road. It's not so much that he is Teflon, it's more like he excels at verbalizing situations in such a way that we understand and forgive. Beautiful, intelligent man. |

You might be right, because both were suspected of assault (towards each other) , I just checked from police interview. In addtion Adam was sustpected of 2 mild assaults towards outsiders. I wonder how Adam must have felt waking up in cell, in foreign country, without Sauli, either with blackout or with memory of having a fight with Sauli. And with a megalomanic hangover.  I don't know anything about US visa regulations, but would find is weird if this would get Sauli any problems since he was not prosecuted, let alone found guity for any crime? |
