So happy Adam has stayed in Finland.. for a long horrible yesterday I thought that he will be in the next plane back home. So all is well! As the song says: if I had wanted to leave I would be already gone.. And he is still here:)) Hope the rest of his time here will be more enjoyable:)) Adam's too much of a pr genius to have hopped on a plane, even if he and Sauli were not seen canoodling at the scene of the crime. Returning to LA would have really caused a tsunami of speculation. In spite of heart stopping mornings like yesterday, I love being an Adam fan and waiting to see how he will handle the bumps in the road. It's not so much that he is Teflon, it's more like he excels at verbalizing situations in such a way that we understand and forgive. Beautiful, intelligent man. That all . And he's real.

In answer to the potential foreign (US) charges -- the Helsinki Police referred it to foreign police and they declined to press charges. But there was a referral and it was a possibility. (Not very likely based on the nature of the event.) Link: www.mtv3.fi/viihde/uutiset/musiikki.shtml/1464940/police-end-their-investigation-into-adam-lambert-and-sauli-koskinens-bar-fightChief investigator Petri Juvonen told MTV3.fi’s Entertainment News that the incident will no longer be investigated because neither party has injuries, nor have any charges been raised by any of the parties involved.
The police have dropped the investigation because any potential charges would have resulted in no more than a fine, said Juvonen.
Juvonen revealed that he has also discussed the matter with foreign police, and foreign officials will not take action regarding the incident. Juvonen confirms that the investigation has ended.
Both Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen have been released. For me, the difference is that these two guys are in a relationship together. Regardless of what kind of physical contact there was, it seems what is certain is that they were both upset. I'd feel bad about that even if it was just a verbal thing, and the fact that it got physical in some way is unfortunate, at the very least. I see a distinct difference in guys (friends/relatives/whatever) rough-housing or mock-wrestling or even getting into a minor physical altercation, and 2 guys in a relationship whose disagreement devolves into the physical. And for the record, I'm definitely not casting either one of them as the "aggessor" or "victim," since we have no idea how it went down. ITA -- this was not playful, drunken wresting. The club had set up a special VIP section for Adam and his guests. They hired a security guard to make sure fans did not disturb the party. Everything was comped. All arranged for by DMG. The owner was excited to have such a big star at his club. It is impossible for me to believe he would have decided to have the security guard and other employees make Adam and Sauli leave the club and take the argument outside for some drunken wresting. Also, no one has to step in to break up playful drunken wrestling. ---- From what I have been told by a Finnish lawyer, and I know nothing about Finnish law or any law, the reason that Sauli and Adam were taken to two different places is because Sauli is a Finn and Adam is a foreign visitor. And it had nothing to do with different levels of charges. With all the discussion of this, I have not seen anyone mention the real risk that Sauli has from US ICE. If he was convinted of our equivant of "Felony Assault", ICE could unilaterally (no hearing) revoke his visa status. And ICE gets to set the felony level. I never meant to insinuate that this was drunken wrestling.. but if you want to believe Adam, there were no blows thrown either. I'm sort of talking to the big picture of all sorts of confrontations straight, gay, friends and siblings. My point in a different post, is that there are different degrees of men giving each other a blow or two. Two brothers can beat each to a pulp just as easily as two partners. In one instance we look the other way and in the other instance it is quickly called domestic abuse. Then there is also the question of two female partners throwing a blow or two. Would they get called out? Or is it just a cat fight?

If you want to see what kind of hotel room A&S had (maybe still have): www.hotelkamp.fi/fi/galleryAccording to MTV3 news they stayed at that hotel. According to twitter they have been seen today in Hyvinkää (Sauli's hometown). www.hotelkamp.fi/assets/gallery/lux1157gr.70337_lg.jpgFit for our royal twosome. By the way, went to the TMZ sight and read some comments under the funny video they posted about Adam and Sauli. Some cranky Finns there saying Sauli is no one, they don't know who Adam is, etc. They weren't exactly mean, just cranky. Kind of like I get when someone calls the Kardashians America's First Family or used to call the Cowboys America's Team. well... at least the funny TMZ YT's fair they don't accuse either of them, unlike their counterpart in Finland, Seiska, their video said that Adam abused Sauli and they didn't change their report even after the update news from the police. Thanks God for the MTV3.

I like the "landed in the clink" part. It adds a lighthearted spin to the story. Or is it just me?

Ok, now that the dust has settled and we realize the incident didn't involve punches and domestic abuse...does anyone else wish they were there to see the drunken wrestling between those two? What I'm picturing is pretty hot, LOL. Damn gurl, where did they put that gutter. ;D 8-) Shame on both of you! Remember, Adam's very vanilla........ he said so, and he wouldn't lie to us about that. Of course, that WAS before he met Sauli.
