Because wherever he is, the TV has Direct TV, and he can watch an East Coast feed. If I had Direct TV, I'd watch East Coast feeds of lots of shows. He gets asked "Are you watching Idol" a lot. I don't find it unusual for him to watch. As a matter of fact, before he tried out, he was an Idol fan. I don't think he'd tweet that if he wasn't watching. I don't have Direct TV now (have Comcast now) but had it a couple of years ago and could only get programs in my time zone. Is that a new feature? I don't have it but my daugter has satellite TV (not sure if it's Direct) and she watches East Coast feeds of almost everything that is on at night. I used Direct TV as a general term for satellite TV, not sure if Direct actually has that feature.

Going to leave but one last thought that Casey gives me the creeps. Cassie mentioned his persona and that is exactly it for me, a negative persona. I can't get past his messiness and the here, there, and everywhere of his songs, like a musical Robin Williams or Jim Carrey just too too too much of everything from hair to clothes to notes. If I saw him in a club I'd avoid eye contact at all cost. Something about him just puts me off and has since the auditions. By the way, I have no music credentials whatsoever except what I like and what I don't.Well, since you are a consumer of music, I think those are the most important credentials to have!

I guess I'm not truly bored. At least not as bored as that "fan" that intimated that Adam wasn't working as hard as *cough* some others. Mind-boggling to say the least. There are videos that I've wanted to watch again so now's the time. And maybe I'll give Pandora a listen. Since I'm new and not here on a regular basis I didn't want to comment but have seen 2 people in particular who make me laugh because they are so contrary about everything. One in particular who never seems in a good mood which is funny because this is usually a happy place. I think it is great Adam is supposedly working on # 2 in Denver and I think it's cool that he has been found yet not bothered a lot. If he wants inspiration - John Denverish inspiration- there is an area called Evergreen that is on the side of the mountain and is as beautiful as it can get when there is not an ocean in sight. It's my opinion that Adam should have balance and not be criticized for taking time to live his life along with doing his creating. Too many people die with success on paper but so many things left undone. I hope Adam never has to look back and think that joy was put on the back burner for the job. You are another Mika..........regarding posting something I am not familiar with at all and then I am compelled to run to Google!!! Embarrassed to say I spent several years in Colorado, Estes Park & Fort Collins. Younger years, elementary & junior high, absolutely love the snow then, avid skier, was not familiar with Evergreen. After Google search, beautiful! Do not miss the change of seasons however, I now live in the desert. Do not miss the mountains, nothing can replace sun, sand & beach for me. Got sidetracked, just wanted to say thank you for posting, just like Mika, you have me high tailing it to Google! Love learning something new.........Evergreen, Co., very picturesque! I still envy you and living by the water

Considering that he said "Hollywood" he may be watching outtakes when they set the top 24 instead of tonight's show.

Sauli appears to be extremely physically strong, confident, exuberant, animated, athletic. Certainly very different from Brad Bell and Drake who are both very fem. Maybe Sauli can get our favorite couch potato (usually a couch in a club) on a tread mill or even diving off cliffs? Yikes! Just looks to me that Sauli would be a whole hellofa lot of fun to hang out with. Then there are all the similarities btwn Sauli and Adam that just seem almost like Karma for these two gorgeous guys. Gotta be a BIG change for Adam from the West Hollywood gay scene he has hung out with for so long. Like a huge breath of fresh air. I wish I could recall the intervew Adam gave to one of the gay publications, where is is always more candid, and he said everyone in We Ho had slept with each other, and he was sick of the whole pretentious scene. Maybe another reason why he decided to go for broke on American Idol? Given the physically of the Glamnation tour and how amazingly hot he looked in Bora Bora (and those arm muscles, yum) I don't think Adam can be called a couch potato with a straight face ???

LIFEGUARD, Thanks for posting..I, also, agree with your last paragraph. Balance in this time for any of us is tricky. I am happy Adam has had down time and some low visibility. Just because we don't see him doesn't mean those wheels aren't a turnin' in that creative mind of his! I consider these 'absences' time for him to also view other artists' music, visual presentations and arcs. The man never rests...lucky us! ;D ;D

I agree with you about Evergreen. I almost moved there but the commute to my office would have been brutal. It's gorgeous there.

The Evergreen area of Denver is beautiful and I loved it so much. Just an added bit of trivia for those who are bored, John Hinckley who tried to assassinate Ronald Reagan lived there. It is or at least was a very wealthy community. The owner of the company I worked for lived on the side of the mountain and his swimming pool was carved out of the natural stone. I was very young and mightily impressed.
