Hi! Can i join in...a little late, but better late than never right??
About 2 years ago, inspired by Adam, I embarked on a fitness (well really whole life) makeover. I lost 70 pounds and did 2 half marathons and a triathlon as well as several 5Ks.
However, I have let a few of those pounds sneak back on and I probably have a good 25 total to lose still.

Join away, lakato. The more the better. I'm so impressed with what you did to change your life. PLEASE, don't let the pounds creep up anymore. I love to hear success stories where someone has kept the pounds off! What were the keys to your success, if you don't mind sharing?

Saturday - Oh Noes, Not the WeekendThey say that the weekend is when diet plans go out the window. Hopefully not with us though because we have each other. So lets plan for Sunday brunch. This is what Sauli had when his friend was here this week. Can anyone identify the seeds?

Jabercises
20 Stair box-steps per leading leg
20 Lawn mower starts per arm
Box step – Left leading leg goes like this. Find any stairs or raised item you can step up on with 2 feet at a time Left UP, Right UP Left DOWN, Right Down
For Lawn mower starts find some type of weight, a rolling pin, can of soup, or water jug You need something to lean forward on to protect your back if the weight is heavy. A sofa arm is the right height for me. For Right arm… Lean on sofa arm with left hand Left foot forward, bend both legs With weight in Right hand reach down to about a foot off the ground and pull back, lifting elbow into the air

We'll need your signature on the liability release form..... nah, just fooling. We love having new people. So you think the round ones are pumpkins? I just roasted some for Halloween but they are all gone or I'd check. I'm thinking sunflower seeds for the little guys.

I found a recipe for a sauce that I put on fish that makes it taste really good and is practically calorie free. My husband and I eat two fish meals a week and we hate fish. I like shrimp and deep fried anything but that is about it. This is a recipe that covers two fillets of any kind of fish.
2 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 tsp. of prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 1/4 tsp. dill weed
While your fish is cooking, mix all ingrediets together in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over cooked fish and serve.
Neither one of us likes fish, but with this sauce on it we eat it willingly.
The sauce has a little tang to it so if you don't like a little heat to your food cut down on the horseradish. But the flavor from the horseradish is what makes it delicious.
Good luck on the weekend, and see you for weigh-in on Monday.
