Thanks Jablea for keeping this going. Irish, congrats on reaching your goals and sticking with it.
I have been bad! Don't think I have even checked in here in a few weeks. I was sick a couple of weeks ago with some instestinal virus, was in bed for 3 days, didn't eat, and lost 3 lbs, which have now come back. My weight is yo-yoing, down 2, up 3, down 1, etc. My total loss since this started is -2, and I am really frustrated!
But I have a great incentive to keep trying, I want to loose at least 15 lbs. before Sonisphere in July. I will try to be better about posting here.

I went to Atlanta this weekend to celebrate with some ATOP gals. This morning when I weighed myself, I gained 4.8 lbs. I immediately drank a green cleanse liquid, and restarted my diet. Apparently, I can never go off this diet.

I forgot to weigh in this am. My company just left and I got busy eating breakfast with them...then laundry (sheets towels) and am eating luch as I read the thread.
Weigh in will have to be tomorrow.

goal: 20lbs. This week: 5 lbs total: 19 lbs. Ok, with the new date of May 15, I am going for another 10 Lbs ! So excited over last week, because the week before I hadnt lost any. Found a cool new APP at happy tapping.com. It called Gratitude Journal. write down 5 things you are grateful for daily. Kinda puts the daily aggravations in perspective. Good Luck Trespassers. End Goal: 10K LOSS TW: .45K ----- TOTAL LOSS: 6.75K (converter says 14.88lbs) Hello everyone - I am still slowly going down ... weather hasn't been the best here (lots of rain) so will need to work out an alternative to pool exercise soon. I know, that to continue with weight loss, I'll need to UP my exercise to more fat burning - (I keep telling myself "it's mind over matter" I can do it, but still can't commit to the tread mill !! Ladies, I had to weigh myself again this morning because I could not believe I gained 4.8 lbs. over a weekend. I ate a veggie burger on the way home (who orders veggie burgers in a restaurant). I really wasn't that bad. I did eat everything but I did try to be careful of the portions. Anyway, this morning I was down to the weight I was last week. It must have been water retention, and my cleanse worked beautifully Monday afternoon.
Thankfully, I am not going to have to lose 4.8 lbs. all over again, and I will begin the next phase of the diet at what I weighed last week. Whew, what a break I got. Maybe it was the scale. I don't really care what the reason for the gain was. I am just glad to be rid of those pounds I thought I had gained. See you all next Monday. I am back to being strict again and focused only on this diet.

OMGosh!! feel like irish...I put on 1.5 pounds..g.uess I need to be more careful. Darn company! !!At least I have until May to loose the other 4 pounds. ;D

I'm another one who seems to be gaining again. I think I put on a pound over the weekend. I need to refocus. I'm spending way to much time stanning when I could be burning calories.

I have a good excuse for not losing and gaining a pound(or two). I had to go to Ft. Myers to take care of my brother and sister-in-law for four days. Of course, my sister-in-law had that damn candy dish out with chocolate mint thingies in it. I had to cook several meals which kept me on the diet, but that rotten candy dish kept calling "Kathy, Kathy, eat me, eat me." It was practically shouting my name.
I will do better next week, I promise.
