If he becomes a CA resident, he will have to get a CA license. But since he is working for a Finnish company, I am pretty sure his driver's license is good until whenever. :0 I can't remember the details of why we had to do this. But when we moved to California with a visa and a work permit to live and work here (same situation as with Sauli), we had to apply for the driver's license. If you are an immigrant without an existing license in the US, you have to take the driving test and fill in the traffic test questionnaire thing. If you are a tourist, you can drive in the US if you have a local license from your home country. Also, having a California driver's license just makes it a lot more easier to prove your identity / age than carrying a passport with you. Finnish driver's license usually is not good enough even to buy beer at a store. I actually don't think it is the same situation. Were you working for a company based in your home country at the time? Sauli has a visa as a journalist working for another country. This VISA and rules are probably different thtn the one you are referring to. But I am just guessing! :-/ |

Just like to commend you for posting what you knew was probably going to get you some backfire. Usually we are all in sync with our cheering and certainly feel a sense of community because we all feel the same way about Adam, his beauty, his bravery etc. Certainly there are some disagreements on preferred hairstyles and such but as a whole this group is pretty agreeable. It is not easy to speak up about something less than positive about Adam and we are all guilty of being defensive.
One post and others translate what they think you mean into something worthy of attack. Adam is not perfect and we can all perceive his "vibes" in different ways. And perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to assume you need to be told about the true reason for giving either. I imagine that made you feel pretty crappy and really wasn't what you were getting at anyway.
We love Adam and we love his generosity, but I think we need to recognize that someone can also love Adam and his generosity and still not be completely on board every plan he makes and how it is carried out. If you felt some bad energy, then you felt some energy. I am sorry you feel this way but you are entitled to those feelings. I welcome the discussion of opposing feelings without passing judgment.

Sauli has a new tattoo? A cross under his butterfly.  I think that cross has been there before, so it's not new. But he has something in his hand, above his thumb, that looks new to me.
