I agree with you -- the Donors Choose and Charity:Water fund-raising efforts were awesome! I think it would be great if Adam wants to initiate another campaign. Look at all the people who were helped by our efforts. Don't let the disappointment of a few detract from all the good that was accomplished. So, promise to stay around? I enjoy reading your posts. |

It seems that you all like Kelly Clarkson. Shame to say, but actually I can not mention any of Kelly's songs. I do not know, if I ever even heard of her record. Maybe he is not very popular in Finland, or else I have not paid attention to him.  Kelly Clarkson was the very first American Idol. Her sales have remained strong here in the States and she has a very unique and powerful voice. She sings with a lot of clarity and soul. She is also very down to earth and, I think, has remained true to her self. I've always enjoyed her interviews. She performed at the AMA's this year. |

She's sold LOTS of music and has a truly fine voice. Adam has complimented her singing (especially on awards shows) many times. ETA: Lots of answers, lol! I must have missed something.. maybe I was reading and skimming to fast.. Adam said how thrilled he was with the fans efforts.. why so sad?  Well I had better go back and read better.. I was hoping to catch up so when the interview hit I would be in real time with everyone else for a change.. *sigh* |

I think we're all proud of the charity campaigns we've done. I think people wanted juniemom to know she was loved as we want you to know you are loved, too. We all know everyone's ideas and opinions are welcomed here. Craazy, I have apologized for my post this morning which proved to be so unpopular. Needless to say I wish I had kept my mouth shut. It seems to me that the vast, vast majority of folks on the site loved your idea and are up for another big charity drive. Perhaps the thing to do is not to compare it to charity:water one way or another, but to think of this year as a clean slate. I don't know what else to say. I'm very grateful for the kindness of those who supported my right to an unpopular opinion and as far as I know that's all they were saying and there is plenty of love to go around. I always love reading your posts. By the time I realized the post was going to be as controversial as it turned out to be, it was too late to delete it. I really don't know what else to say to make it right. |

I'm only half way through the thread, but all the gorgeous photos are overwhelming....how can he keep looking better....WOW Someone linked a still from the Hollywood TV video of the back of Adams head. There is some kind of different shaving pattern going on back there, but as long as the front and sides look so spectacular, I don't care what he does to the back. I wish they would of done the CD cover shoot when he was looking like he does now. I can't get the time line right but seems like he tweeted about his photo shoot for the cover being done right around the time he first appeared with the Gump sides shaved.....whatever will be will be but I so wish that hairstyle won't be the one featured on the cover  He's gone through many hair looks as we know, but IMHO that was his absolute worst look. So stark and severe....I know many think it was edgy, but I just would love to see his beautiful face and hair on the cover instead....hey, maybe they will photoshop it to fill in the shaved areas Also curious now that Sauli has the seemingly new tattoo at the base of his thumb if Adam got a matching one somewhere. Guess we will find out in time.... |
