Me too. I have my whole family drinking the following drink similar to yours! So delicious. Kale - large handful Spinach -large handful 2 Apples 2-3 Oranges about 1/2 inch of Ginger Super super delicious! Does not taste "green" Tastes like a fruit/orange drink. What is the diet routine for drinking them? Ack that is 1/2 inch of Ginger, not Kale at the end. Fixed everywhere else.

I love Kale and agree it is one of the super foods. However, do not eat too much (orr in some cases any) if you are taking blood thinners. Kale is a blood thinner also and is in the high in vitamin K group that people on blood thinners are supposed to stay away from Ok, proceed ;D Very interesting and very good to know. I did not know that Kale is a blood thinner and is bad for people on blood thinners. Thanks for the info! Amendment: Kale is extremely good for most people but not those on blood thinners!

Sorry folks, off topic. PM me!

Don't know what I'm doing on this board - - trying to reply so quickly that I've quoted myself saying nothing! But my eagerness in replying is to let you all know that KALE IS NOT A BLOOD THINNER. Kale is so high in vitamin K that is reduces the effectiveness of blood thinners (like coumadin)! Diets high in broccoli, spinach and KALE lessen the effectiveness of medications that prevent clot-related strokes.

I say he's gonna have 5 singles. FIVE! Who wants to bet? From your typing fingers to the ears of the Universe!! I'm not betting against it. I think it is very possible, perhaps even probable. Think of all the info we have so far. 1. Adam has the best voice in the biz. It is finally being widely acknowledged. 2. Adam is working with the best producers and writers in the biz. If anyone knows what makes a hit, these people do. 3. RCA seems to be very supportive, and recognizes all that they have in Adam. Witness them giving him executive producer credentials. 4. The new management team seems to be off and running. 5. Those who have heard additional tracks are unanimous in praise of them. 6. We have BTIKM as the first example. While I am not crazy about some of the production decisions, there is no question that it is highly ear-worm-y. After just a couple of hearings, people are going around humming it or singing it. It is getting loads of votes, and I don't believe that is just from Adam's staunch fans. I think it has broad appeal. But, for a very well crafted pop/top 40 focused song, there is lots there to consider. One of ATops members asked me when it first came out how I think it compares with WWFM in terms of Grammy-worthiness. IMO, the song is much better. It is more complex musically and lyrically. It has a much wider vocal range. It shows off Adam's voice much better. Too bad there is no longer a category for best male pop singer, because Adam would take it hands down. But, I think he could take best singer honors in competition with the ladies, too. Those vocals are so strong, so moving, so exceptional. It is particularly apparent when I go to the polls and listen to all the other songs it is being put up against. No comparison. If WWFM got nominated, I cannot imagine that BTIKM will not. AND THIS IS JUST THE FIRST SINGLE FROM THE ALBUM. 7. Adam has grown so much as a singer, as a performer, as an artist, and as a savvy business person. He just keeps getting stronger, as we witnessed from his tour, and his subsequent one-offs. By making sure the vocals take center stage in this album he is not only responding to what his fans want, but he is banking on his best, most impressive asset; one that no one else has out there. I am gonna go out on a limb that I don't even believe is a limb and say that Trespassing is going to have the same kind of impact that Adele's album has had this past year. And that is just based upon what I am hearing/reading in the buzz. Can't wait to hear the actual tracks. I don't think we are just preparing for a storm. I think we are about to be hit with a force 5 hurricane.

Of course someone here would be in the know. Soo not surprised.
