I was just listening to Adam singing the National Anthem during AI and it is just breathtakingly beautiful and so tastefully done. But I was kinda surprised at myself for not feeling sad he is not singing it at the superbowl this year. I think maybe it's too early. Let the album take off--let that be the thing that solidifies his place in this industry, let him win over respect from those that for some reason have a block against him. When nobody can say he doesn't deserve it, THEN let him blow peoples F-ing minds with the Star Spangled Banner, with an audience of millions who will give him the respect he deserves. I am starting to see all the opportunities we wish he had, as things to look forward to in the future. This is just the beginning people. Watch him rise!!!!

Don't know what I'm doing on this board - - trying to reply so quickly that I've quoted myself saying nothing! But my eagerness in replying is to let you all know that KALE IS NOT A BLOOD THINNER. Kale is so high in vitamin K that is reduces the effectiveness of blood thinners (like coumadin)! Diets high in broccoli, spinach and KALE lessen the effectiveness of medications that prevent clot-related strokes. Great! Thanks for the correction. I just knew that my mom (on coumadin) had to not eat kale, at all!

I am gonna go out on a limb that I don't even believe is a limb and say that Trespassing is going to have the same kind of impact that Adele's album has had this past year. And that is just based upon what I am hearing/reading in the buzz. Can't wait to hear the actual tracks. I don't think we are just preparing for a storm. I think we are about to be hit with a force 5 hurricane.

What is the diet routine for drinking them? I personally don't do "diets" and I haven't technically done a "cleanse" This green drink is part of my regular eating pattern. This is great in the morning or any other time in the day, but I like mornings. You have to get a juicer. You can prep night before. Add some whole food protein powder (or if you are not a vegetarian have an egg, Omega 3 organic one of course) as well and you have an incredible breakfast. Lot's of people have them regularly, not just as a cleansing detox. Kale contains more nutrients than any other food on the planet. Highly Highly recommend just finding a way to add Kale to your meal. Oh I just got to your post and it looks like you juice yours which is similar, but different from what I'm doing. I blend mine in a high powered blender so that I also get the fiber and it's not just the juice.. which I really need.

Kale is so high in vitamin K that is reduces the effectiveness of blood thinners (like coumadin)! Diets high in broccoli, spinach and KALE lessen the effectiveness of medications that prevent clot-related strokes. OK just to wrap this up fully with a note from the Mayo Clinic: For those taking warfarin (blood thinner) One nutrient that can lessen warfarin's effectiveness is vitamin K. It's important to be consistent in how much vitamin K you get daily. The average daily allowance of vitamin K for adult men is 120 micrograms (mcg). For adult women, it's 90 mcg. While eating small amounts of foods that are rich in vitamin K shouldn't cause a problem, avoid eating or drinking large amounts of: Kale Spinach Brussels sprouts Parsley Collard greens Mustard greens Chard Green tea AAAAND Moving right along! CRAAAAAAAAAZY excited about the songs on Byron's list!!!!!!!

Now that Adam & Sauli are on this health kick, I wonder if Sauli will stop smoking? Or maybe he has already? Alot of Europeans smoke so I don't know if they have a different attitude about smoking & health? Any Europeans/Finns out there care to comment? I'm not European or Finnish, but I just want to chime in and say I hope Sauli will quit smoking. It seems as if that's the first thing anyone would consider when adopting a healthy lifestyle, yet I used to know a girl who constantly preached healthy eating and still smoked. That was completely baffling to me. I've always had the feeling--mostly because we've seen a lot of candid shots of Sauli in which he did not have a cigarette--that Sauli might be a light social smoker rather than someone with a nicotine addiction. I hope I'm right, because that should make it easier for him to give them up completely. (My dad was a smoker who died of a heart attack when he was only 41, so I tend to be rather hard-nosed on the issue.)

I have a question, in the interview with Virgin-Radio there's one short phrase of Adam, that I don't understand! Could someone of you please help me? : It's from 2.43 to 2.46 here in this video. He says "very vocally driven, spirit of Rock'n Roll..???..groove" !?!?! ??? ??? ??? Thank you!
