Are you being sarcastic, or are you honestly questioning this? On another note... I'm kind of getting irritated with all these come back artists. If they were interested in music, why have they not stayed active putting music out. Are they interested in a music career or do they just want to pad their retirement and have gotten tired of being forgotten? This applies to quite a few returning artists. According to Rolling Stone Mag, Bruce Springsteen, Van Halen, Madonna, Beach Boys and possibly the Rollings Stones are going to tour. I do believe they have become tired not doing much and want to do the music, but also pad their pockets because they realize the money is in touring. I don't think it's much different than the bus driver or assembly line worker who bitches for 30 years about going to work every day then retires and can't stand it so goes to work at the Seven/Eleven 3 days a week. Well, maybe it's a little different, but many people don't do well sitting at home, unless they fall down the rabbit hole and can't fit a job into their busy stanning schedule.

I didn't even know all those Sauli interviews were out there. Thanks! I've never thought for a moment that he was free-loading or anything like that. It just seemed funny to me that that was a concern of his. They do seem very much alike. Someone would have had to point that out to Adam before he went up and tapped him on the shoulder. Don't you think? Maybe I've watched too many Criminal Minds episodes to think that one just walks up to an unknown and taps him on the shoulder and takes him home. They must have at least been making eye contact throughout the evening. The other interesting comment was about the jet lag and hard it is going from west to east and the time it takes to adjust. Sounds familiar. I've always liked the guy and now I like him more. I didn't realize that he went home for a month to work for his dad. That had to have been at the very beginning. In any case, thanks for all the links to the information on Sauli! LOL, I guess you've never hung out in gay bars. Pretty sure what we had here was a one night stand that was so awesome they decided to keep in touch. Adam and Sauli have danced around the "what did you do question" with just enough cheeky grins and enigmatic smiles to really make you wonder. I seriously doubt that Adam went that whole tour without some hook ups along the way. In my own head I think the connection was just so strong they decided to see where it might go. The week in Paris would have been the next step of testing the waters to see if it was as good as they remembered.

My story on my plunge down the rabbit hole: It started in January of 2009 when I first saw him in the AI tryouts. I commented to family that "the dark-haired, good looking guy with the spiky hairdo is the one to watch this season". Needless to say I watched every week and soon all my friends checked how I felt about his chances for a win. The not-so-fond fans speculated that he was gay, and I responded, "I'm not going to get a piece of him whether he is or isn't." By the time of the AI finale, I was deep into the RH. I even convinced my cousin who is the founder and CEO of the largest fashion school on the west coast to offer him a collaboration of his own choosing with the school (something she has never done with anyone else because the famous contact the school with requests for collaborations - i.e. Museum showings of film costumes, student design contests, etc) Adam/his management did not respond to the offer. I joined several fan clubs and received Glambert # and really liked CandyGram until she closed it out. I now primarily hit Atop, twitter, and Adamblogspot24/7 every day which takes about 2 hours. I also check the fan club and AO occasionally. I attended 3 AI Concerts and 7 GNT Concerts. I regret not going to Fantasy Springs. I went across country by myself to many of the concerts and only wish I had attended more. I have Adam's signature in 3 places on a hand drawn likeness of Adam t-shirt and he signed it while I was wearing it. I also have his signature on RS covers and art plaques from the concerts where he came out after his shows. I always stayed until the buses pulled out and he always accommodated the fans who waited and didn't scream their heads off. That's part of my story and I'm sticking to it. HaHa. I love this site even though I don't know how to post pics, bring quotes, etc.

Well, maybe it's a little different, but many people don't do well sitting at home, unless they fall down the rabbit hole and can't fit a job into their busy stanning schedule. Speaking of other artists who tour again after many years, Madonna explains why she's doing it this year--money! WE (her new movie project) evidently cost her a bundle. What she says about touring is funny--and so are a lot of things in this interview. (If you're bored...) On topic because I swear I counted at least 5 things that reminded me so very much of Adam--protecting the children stuff, infinity/energy with live audience, fans respecting (or not) artist's process (i.e. WHY are they so impatient? lol to that), celebrities being reduced to oft-repeated adjectives that aren't nec. true... And I can't wait to see Adam on this show sometime! He would really have fun with Graham! (and vice versa) www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkyNo26NDoU&feature=related
