At the last minute Jen & I bought floor tickets & ended up almost in front of Adam 'cause it was quite empty. Was one of the best shows Adam has ever done. It is a tough bullet, and disheartening, especially when two fans have commented ...best show they have seen Adam perform, and not close to a full sales in the Vegas shows as well. San Diego being the exception. His profile still seems stronger abroad versus the US. A hit song seems faint as well, to up his profile in the US and Canada. I mean a miracle, like a huge movie song or his play score hits a big one, could poise him for an upsurge in the consciousness of those beyond the diehard fans. Broadening his work with movies, voice overs, judging etc. etc. -- still will pay the bills, after QAL retires. I know he is such a talent...I just want MORE and MORE for him ...LOL! |

It is disheartening when a man of his talent who guests on some big shows, has performed on the Oscars and other major media events, who has fronted the biggest band in the world for ten years, does not fill smaller venues on his own. He must feel so frustrated, but he is a realist, too. He knows how things work. I'm sure his fans will come out in San Diego and hopefully Vegas, too. He deserves it. I think this show is great, well-performed, and I think a broader audience would enjoy it a lot.
