After watching on repeat a doz or so times...I happened glance over at Ashley just as the song started...that's when her strap broke ..you can see it happen...great save girl..
I really like this new band ..and the new guy..well his backing vocals really made a difference..
Time for bed now..night

Better than the cd... Those glory notes,Adam rules.There isn't any male pop/rock singer today that can touch him.Adam was worth staying up for ! There really isn't anyone who brings it all to the table the way Adam does. According to my wife, it was endearing the way Adam's hand was shaking. She's probably right since his fandom sees him as invincible, it's interesting to see him a little tremulous. I'm wondering if that wasn't why he was holding onto the mic stand so much too. Whatever the extraneous details, he did a helluva job tonight and will probably do as well or better on Ellen. It's always good to get the first one out of the way when it's such an important step in his career. |

Ok totally amazing. As Adam would say, the vocals were SICK!!! Only strange thing for me was the new bass player, kneeling for the first have of the performance....I was like did she forget her bass strap or something!  What bass player? ITA. I did not notice anybody on stage with Adam. Have to replay the vid to check. BRB. ETA: No, just Adam. And he's looking great! Sounding even betterer!  |

Cassie, he did indeed spit!  Yup he did spit lol and he also spit when singing Feeling Good when he was on the steps. I replay that part over and over...just to see it happening!!! I thought his hand was expressing emotion ...not nerves...but ???who knows. edit; He does say TV makes him more nervous than a concert performance ...could be. As a DEBUT Performance the pressure was huge for him tonight!!!!!!!! |
