Sorry, again no offense, but I gotta call bullshit on this. Adam's fans don't "share" shit... now we'll gift like motherfuckers but we ain't giving his stuff away for free ya best be believin that. AFUCKINGMEN! Adamfans are ready to spend money on anything and everything that has to do with Adam! What other artist raises 300K for charisty in a month's time? PLEASE!!!! RCA is just pulling excuses out of their butts to cover their lack of a game plan. I'm sorry that RCA was ignorant enough to just throw the song out there with next to none radio support, but the fans bought the damn song and gifted it and everything else they could do! Once again...WHY IS ANYONE BELIEVING WHAT TOBY IS SAYING? Srsly. There is o use getting upset over what RCA *allegedly* said to someone who never used to give a shit about A until he saw the power of their clicks...*eyeroll* We have NO PROOF whatsoever of what RCA thinks or doesn't think. Yeah, seriously, Toby didn't care a bit about Adam until Jive folded and Kris and Joe moved over to RCA. I don't believe a word he says about what's going on with Adam. He is a playing games on a power trip (and probably secretly smiling that BTIKM is starting slow) Aw, looks like TK is doing damage control, lol. Should someone notify RCA they are to begin ramping up tomorrow  |

WWFM on 104.3 ZYP in Huntsville now. I just can't imagine they wouldn't play BTIKM since they play WWFM so often. I think I'll make another request. |

And look it on the bright side: 1. Not being as Elvis or MJ is actually good news; both had awful lifes 2. Adam is not going to starve. The guy has a hell of a backup plan Good point! I'm sure RCA has a backup plan, too! They need to kick it in high gear about now!! |

Just popping in real quick and no I am not caught up.. Thought I would just post quick and say that I find all the theories facinating Have to self-identify myself though.. CLUELESS..  that's me... thought you all would like to know that.. I ususally have no idea what anyone is talking about when you are talking #'s and stuff.. LOL Love the Album cover.. very HAWT and so mysterious and like someone said.. almost like a mug shot..very cool. Have been live streaming my local radio station.. (the only one I will listen to) I can monitor what they play too. Anyway.. I did hear them play a request.. so I requested BTIKM.. haven't seen it played yet soooooo... I will request again tomorrow.. Well.. carry on.. if you make my eyes glaze over I will have to go do something else for a while.. haha |

Sort of seems like a weird time to post this, but basically it's all I as a fan can do in a very small, and possibly symbolic way to help out with radio play. Requesting from my local stations (& the few national ones) takes at most, 3 minutes a day, and though it's sometimes a hard choice between requesting and watching a lulzy cat video on utube or pondering the weekly groupon email to decide if I really want new towels or lazer hair removal, i'm making the sacrifice :D link to local and national radio info for requesting here: requestadamlambert.com/as an added bonus, today's write up there has some soothing comparative add info balm.  Thanks for the link (again). I too have started requesting from 3 stations. I tried to do Sirius this a.m. as I do have Sirius XM but for the life of me I do not understand how to make an on-line request from them. I have started listening to their Top 20 station as well as our local Pop Stations. So, each morning the FIRST thing I do as I sit down to drink my FIRST cup of tea is request 98.5 in Cookeville, TN (they have already added BTIKM but I have not heard it yet), request 107.5 The River in Nashville, TN and Q102 in Philly for Whack-A-Mole. That's it. I was making requests in San Fran and Tampa but have stopped doing that. I have also bought the album from AO and gotten the free single download. On his birthday, I am going to order a download of the album from Itunes. Then, that's it. The rest is up to RCA. I do participate in a few of the polls when I'm in the mood and the end is close. I go to as many concerts as I can afford. I won't buy from stub hub or any place else where someone is trying to profit. I have always gotten 3 rows back or closer. I would hop on a plane and my passport is up to date. I don't get in fan battles. I unfollowed Toby and a few other radio stations that asked to be followed before they would accept a request. I HAVE come out-of-the-closet and talk openly about Adam and his songs. When I get the rolled eyes, etc. I just simply say, "When you get a chance, give him a listen -- there's so much more to him then what you hear on the radio and saw on AI and leave it at that. I think when a few more songs from Trespassion actually get radio play that a lot of people are going to be surprised -- who knew that radio DJ's were so "high school". It's like no one wants to go first. But, basically, I'm not going to angst -- like someone said on here earlier -- this promo stuff is really fun, let's sit back and enjoy the ride! ETA: Oh, and I check in here quite a few times a day to catch up and visit and hear the latest! ETA2: Really didn't mean for this to sound like a confessional! Carry on! |
