I don't think that the UK would be getting a new single. it makes no sense. After all this dude was proven to be wrong before. Didn;t he tweet and say that Adam would be doing *limited* UK promo and then Shoshanna was like, erm no he will be going there and doing more than limited shit. Also Shoshanna tweeted just the other day that BTIKM is going to UK radio soon. So either this dude is high on his own shit again--ATTENTION WHOOOORE--or has totally wrogn info, or has mixed up info about his legit second single and the fact that he will go back to promo that later. After he goes there now to promo BTIKM. I take anything this dude says with a grain of salt. It does not make sense to me either. It would cause a lot of confusion in a time of internet. Also for a new single Adam would have to shoot another mv as soon as possible, during a time in which he has a tight schedule and post-production would need 2-3 weeks. This could cause a delay of the single and album release (single are usually released a week before the album in uk) And it is probably easier for a song to become an hit in a country if it is one in other countries. A different single for UK would not have that advantage. I don't know how good my points are, but to me it does not make sense. |

It's me again with some questions because again there are some phrases in an interview that I don't understand and I need them for a translation!  It's the ET Canada Interview and I sometimes don't understand what Adam and the interviewer Matte Babel are saying! :-/ Could you be so kind and help me one more time? Thank you!  1.) 1.27 - 1.30 Adam says "...real life living. ...?... which is amazing..." 2.) 3.21 - 3.25 M.B. says "...or relationship ...?... (The phrase begins with "life..?..") 3.) 9.08 - 9.15 M.B. says " ...?... Unfortunately you have to do it under the spotlight" 4.) 10.23 - 10.28 M.B. says " ...?... now I gotta do this..." I know most of my posts lean to the deep end and I am often dropping off tidbits that are loosely topical. But whenever I discover something great I have a sincere desire to share it with all of you. You guys are kindred spirits, comrades, friends. These few years have been a journey of discovery for me. For someone who has always believed herself to be progressive and open minded, I have found that there is always room to learn and grow. I prefaced this "drop off link" because I really think it is worth a listen. It is more than an hour, so bookmark it if you can't listen now. If you have been on a similar journey, please listen. Marc Maron interviews the 47 year old comedian, Todd Glass, on his WTF podcast. Todd comes out as a gay man in this interview and touches on so many of the issues that we have been sorting through on ATOP, but from a perspective that was new and fresh to me. Honest, raw, and often funny. WOW -- he made me feel what "trespassing" feels like. Listen -- you won't regret it -- I don't do twitter, but someone should tweet it to Adam www.wtfpod.com/podcast/episodes/episode_245_-_todd_glassFYI: lots of use of the word FUCK and some adult themes (I don't think this will scare too many ATOPers away though  ) How painful for Todd..worth the listen. There must be something in the Adamstorm. First it was Theosgma, now it's me. Ended up in th ER this morning with chest pains. Tests show no heart attack (thank God) but my heart rate is quite low so I have to stay overnight for observation. When the nurse was taking an ultrasound of my heart, the screen looked eerily like the vortex when Adam sang WWFM on Idol and I kept thinking, he is in there somewhere and will come out anytime now. Then I realized, yes he is in my heart now and forever! No pain now after they gave me a low dose of morphine. I am actually a little loopy now, LOL! Only an Adamtopian would be looking at an Ultrasound of their heart and be thinking of an Adam performance!! Good.God.Girl! Hope everything is okay. Keep us posted. Be well! |

HI!
Does anyone here know how music for professional sporting events is selected? I am talking about the music that is played during timeouts during the game, etc. I have attended several AZ Cardinal football games in the last few years and at every game I have heard WWFM. At the last game they played that AND a rather extended snippet of IIHY. I was surprised to hear IIHY so loud and clear that I had to jump up and dance in the aisle. Two AFL songs at a flippin football game in AZ. perplexing but cool. My friend wondered if the NFL has power over the music or if it is local thing. Has anyone else been to NFL games and heard these songs?
