Are these two of the right stations? for me to see him? unfortunately no, Berlin is the nearest one, but is about 230 miles away from were I live. Hamburg would have been nice, but the distances between the cities he visits on Monday and Tuesday are not that big and Berlin is the capital and the biggest city in Germany, so I'm ok with the schedule. LOL OK so these are good stations to go to? I live in our capital and we have many overlapping stations, some are from adjacent areas that are tiny in comparison to our pop station even though the are broadcasted over the entire region.

So, I know this really belongs in the numbers thread, so please move if necessary.......but, BTIKM had a good day yesterday and today is number 38 on HAC, with a nice bullet. And may I just say that I am a world class worrier, seriously. In fact I am so good at it that I am paid very well to do it professionally. I have had in the past sleepless nights over GNAFL, but I am totally zen about the whole situation now. What changed it all for me was his Queen performance. I only longed for a platform big enough for the world to see/ hear him and I knew once that happened all would be okay. Have a happy Wednesday everyone! XX Yeah! I thought it wasn't expected to hit top40 until the weekend so this is a nice surprise!

Zinnia and mia... thank you so much for the latest Tutka! (coming out of the closet! LOL) I was so disappointed that the battery ran out at the end, because it was getting interesting when Sauli started talking about language difficulties, " Because here you can say things in such a different way from how you can say them in Finland. And let’s say, like, that every time you translate something even directly from someone’s English to Finnish, it doesn’t… it means something else and not, not… I don’t know. I was just thinking that here in the States the spoken language is different from…adamtopia.com/index.cgi?board=sauli&action=display&thread=630It reminded of the Broken English song that Adam talked about! You're welcome! Yeah, it really seems that Sauli and Katri could use a good IT support person. Any volunteers? ;D I, too, would have liked to hear Sauli's thoughts about the differences between Finnish and English. Let's hope they continue in the second part with that topic, although I think they are going to concentrate more on the Finnish TV shows in that.

IMHO,Adam is the Jackie Robinson of the music industry at this point. As Adam said there aren't many gay folks in music right now. He is alone ,during a huge push back against LGBT civil rights. Adam explained that movies and TV are a bit better now for gay performers but music, not so much.He doesn't even have great support from his own team. His fans are his supporters and whether we want to admit it or not, when he said if it were't for us he wouldn't be making this second album, He meant it. He is telling us what is happening, are we listening? Is it too painful for us to see the up hill battle Adam has to be an artist in this country?I know ,I thought it would be easier to get Adam on air this time, but I believe it may even be harder. Is it no wonder that Adam feels so thankful to AI and to RCA. They have backed him ,when others ignored his unimaginable talent. Look at the candidates running for president, listen to how Rick Santorum wants to reverse all gay rights, reverse all rights women have won, and take the vote away from the blacks. Our country is in a war of ideals.I see it here in North Carolina. A vote this May to have a state constitutional amendment outlawing gay marriage and equal rights.A local mayor who fights against equality for her LGBT government employees, because her church forbids it. Adam sings of love for all he sings of the universal feelings we all share ,unfortunately, half the nation isn't buying it. Someday when there is actual equality in America ,I hope Adam receives all the recognition he deserves. He only wanted to be a singer, but he is 'Trespassing' and some may want to stop his music. What really makes me mad are the politicians we send to Congress from each state who once there decide they do not want to represent the LGBT community. Those representatives are against any kind of equality for the LGBT community. They are suppose to be representing all their constituents but continually vote and speak against the LGBT community. We all have to be more careful when we vote and only vote for people who want to represent all of their constituents.

You are so right ,the bigoted female mayor I talked about, is now running from North Carolina, as a Democrat ,for U.S. Congress.

XX BTIKM enters the Top 40 on Hot AC -- that is news in my book. (and numbers) This is the week that really matters --- now if the time to request. Just cause it is so nice to see.... HAC Rolling 7-day chart lw TW Artist Title Label 45 38 ADAM LAMBERT Better Than I Know M... 19/RCA 2011 SPINs TW lw Move 223 164 59 Avg. Station Rotations On TW lw +/- 24 stations 8.6 6.3 +2.3 These are good numbers --- entered Top 40 and will be there for this weeks official chart (up from 42 last week) on 24 stations, and getting played an average of 8.6 times a day per station. That is OK for a song that has just been added by so many of these stations.
