Does anyone know if we MUST fill out the survey monkey survey that appears after voting? I generally don't do surveys, but I want to be sure my vote counts. I will if I need to.

I just filled out the community voting, did not check all categories, but I did my best so it wasn't just a vote for Adam, but also for a few people and events that I was aware of. Once I hit the submit button, I got a page that asked me about confirming the cookies, and an option to log in to create my own surveys (I assume that's what you saw). This is because the organization used an online service called SurveyMonkey which lets you create surveys and send them out to people, with all the tools for design and management of questionnaires and their results. So NO, you don't have to do anything on that page, and if anyone else if wondering, it does not appear that you must give an answer in every category. However, they seem to keep track of your IP address, so you cannot vote more than once from the same device. I did vote again from my remote workstation though, so it is possible to vote multiple times as long as the IP address is different. I have not checked how it behaves from my cell phone yet.
