I like this guy's speaking voice. Very smooth. I find it interesting he said it sounded like church music. I have never gone there, but now that he mentions it, it does kind of sound that way. Very good reaction. I wish Adam would consider re-releasing Velvet. I love that album and On the Moon is one of my favorites and I wish he would sing it more.

Just a thought, maybe someone really knows. It seems to me that Adam's instagram is probably handled by his team. I don't have twitter or threads, so I can't say on those. But, I have definitely noticed there is nothing personal on his instagram. The personal photos,i.e. Fire Island are usually posted by friends, fans, etc and he is in the photos. Oliver seems to post personal stuff. Adam's insta usually has professional items or music to follow, etc. Is this something I am just noticing, or has it always been this way? I know in the beginning he said his facebook was handled by his team.

I know in the beginning he said his facebook was handled by his team. It hasn’t always been this way and I noticed the change as well. The only kind of private posts lately have been posts of him and Oliver at clubs. The last one is from 2 months ago. I‘m not sure, if his team is handling the account, because I don’t think they would repost some of Oliver’s or other friends‘ stories. Also Instagram offers the possibility to post stories only visible to your close friends group. I know that Adam has used that in the past, so he most likely still does. So he could be communicating via Instagram without us seeing it. We only get the non-personal work related stuff. If you want to know, where Adam is or what he’s doing, you need to look at Oliver’s and his closest friends accounts. And even then it’s often a guessing game, because they hardly ever show Adam. At the moment for instance Oliver is in NYC. But Adam wasn’t seen since he left Fire Island. He could easily be anywhere else on the planet, while Oliver and Joey went to the museum yesterday.

I can't keep up with the recent changes in these social media platforms. It's an adjustment that has to be made. Nice that Oliver is pretty active on it. Helps fill in the gaps. I love to now what Adam will be doing between now and the start of the Queen tour which is Oct. 4.
Love that guy's comments on Feel Somthing. He knows what he's talking about. Adam is a master at nuance and minimalism when he wants to give that gentle vibe. The song does sound a bit like a church song with the choir. Little does the guy know that Adam is Jewish. LOL.

I do follow Oliver. So that is where I see most info. But sometimes he is very cryptic, like the work space the other day, LOL. I am guessing Adam is still in NYC. The actors on broadway are not members of SAG-Aftra, but I don’t know about the writers. I’d love to know if the script for the musical can still be worked on. Although, Adam is a member, I think. If so, that kind of leaves him in limbo as far as writing goes. I would love to know who can do what during this strike. After Velvet and the pandemic, I would hate to see this strike mess up the musical. .

I don't totally understand the details of being "on strike" but he ... and any writer...can still write 'for themselves' can they not? One is only on strike from someone else...as long as he is not publishing at this moment, or writing for pay from another entity, it is fine...yes? no? I am rather curious actually.....

I‘ve been wondering about that as well. But nothing can stop Adam from writing for himself. Who would even know, when he wrote it. And if it’s his own music - who cares? A problem would likely be to collaborate with other writers, as Adam likes to do.
