Last night I was looking at what happened to The Voice winner's careers, including Alison. Yikes! If a few non-winners (which they did not mention) had not broken thru it would be a very sad look. Idol has so many winners/non-winners with high profile accomplishments that they still brag about. Kelly, Carrie, Adam, Jennifer, Gabby and sometimes Scotty, Daughtry, Fantasia and Kat and a few others now and then. And even some winners who fell off like Cook, Phillip, Ruben, Jordin, sold platinum and were talked about for a few years at least. Most of The Voice winners were hardly heard from after their win.

I was thinking more of the script for the musical. I don’t know who governs whom. Hopefully, he is not affected. Yes I know you meant the script of the musical. It will not be affected because the WGA strike is only scripts for tv and movies. It does not include anything written for the stage. Now if Adam was writing a movie or tv script yes he would be affected.

Sort of on the topic of past contestants’ successes…very few in the U.K. seem to have much of a singing career (Olly Murs perhaps).
A couple of interviewers Adam has met very recently are both products of the X Factor U.K. but don’t sing anymore. Don’t know of it was mentioned at the time but Fleur East, who is a successful radio and television host, has met Adam before when she was a contestant on the XFactor.(2014?). She came second.
I wonder if they talked about it!
She’s on the right with big hair and a leather catsuit! (About 3.15)
Also…Rylan has a HUGE career in TV and radio presentation. He doesn’t sing anymore. I think he came 5th in 2012.

I like this guy's speaking voice. Very smooth. I find it interesting he said it sounded like church music. I have never gone there, but now that he mentions it, it does kind of sound that way. Very good reaction. I wish Adam would consider re-releasing Velvet. I love that album and On the Moon is one of my favorites and I wish he would sing it more. I do too. Some of his best work. It makes me so angry that no one thought it was a fantastic idea to push Feel Something right around the time he was getting publicity for the Oscars and for his first release in about 5 years. Imo, it is just as good as Believe and some of the other covers and Queen songs that resonate and everyone raves about when he performs. I know they like the disco and dance/pop songs but there is so much more to him than dancing in the club. And hardly anyone ever gives him the kind of major props he gets when he delivers an emotional song or rocks out and blows everyone out of the park. No one gets to hear his many heartfelt originals that he co-wrote except fans. That is how you win Grammy's outside of pop when you wow people. That is unless you are one the favorites or have a label who will get everything to the top of several charts tho mediocre, good or bad. I think it will be tragic if someone with his talent is never recognized or his music never makes a mark outside of QAL and the cover songs he does so well. Adam has a ton of success and very lucrative career so that may be enough.

A re-release of Velvet might be a good idea, but I don't think it will happen. That album is full of unheard gems. I wish he'd put more of them into his solo shows. It's a very strong album. Adam gets lots of attention for QAL stuff and high-profile solo events. And High Drama has done very well far outside his fanbase. It's his own solo music that never gets wide exposure. It's got to be very frustrating for him.

Related to Adam’s instagram content change and the discussion about what is presently being posted on his instagram— I keep getting a request by a FrokenO_Rastlos for a follow.
When I clicked to see this person’s Instagram, it indicates she is “Director of communication @ adam lambert”. “She has zero posts, but 1251 followers. Is this account true or a just a hoax? 'I just wondered if anyone in fandom knows of this account?
I have not posted in my own Instagram for years, but browse Instagram and I have no interest in agreeing to a request with someone I do not know. Probably should go through the Adam fansite to ask if they have knowledge of Adam’s team.
