Maybe it is as simple as just finding a song with an insane hook. I like BTIKM, but I always felt it was a grower that didn't have an immediate impact. Claude Kelly question---When was the last time he wrote a hit for a male singer? I know of lots of hits written for females (Domino), but when was the last one he penned for a guy? He co-wrote Grenade with Bruno Mars. But had a minor role. He also co-wrote In My Head with Jason Derülo and others. But most of the hits (for male and female artists) he was involved with were co-writes. .

I listen to the songs on Hit Predictor pretty regularly and IMHO so much of it is drek. Several newer songs previewed on it have taken off and are getting regular play on my radio station. While they have added BTIKM I haven't heard it. I'm a glass half full person but this really has me frustrated. This song is way better than a vast majority of what is played. I seriously don't get it.

It sounds like RCA Ed is frustrated and really has no answers. But, basically, all stations have the song. And they all could play it if they wanted to, that's the gist of it. That's what I got, he was responding to posters asking if for some reason RCA hadn't sent out the song, and basically saying radio would play it if they wanted to.
