so we need 895 more donations! We somehow need to spread the word! People are donating more than $1, $5, or $10 so I actually think we might make this whole campaign close to a $10,000 deal! Truly amazing! Actually that's been pretty doable from the beginning with a simple 1 for 1 match. This should easily get over $10,000 but only if the pace of donations speeds up a little. Someone seriously needs to take ownership on this site and on twitter posting the CW totals and the no. of matches so far and matches to go every 30 minutes or so. I can do this later tonight if need be, but not this afternoon. For example: CW total 57,000, 188 donations, 800 still needed for the match pool! *link* or something it's human nature that more people will jump in when they see a goal post being posted and approached. |

I would love to be a matching donor for 100$.
I can't understand ANYTHING you're saying for the last days.
If I can donate 100$ the minute you ask me to, I will.
I'm really sorry, this all is very confusing for my poor English. :-[

I've counted 145 donations so far. so we need 895 more donations! We somehow need to spread the word! I tweeted a few times yesterday, but I don't have that many followers, and most of them are here at Adamtopia anyway. We need to get some of the people with a lot more followers to tweet it. |

We need to get some of the people with a lot more followers to tweet it. I've sent tweets to Eber, Neil, Tommy, and Adam himself and so far none of them have retweeted. They all probably get a lot of tweets and perhaps mine got lost in the crowd. I did tweet Liam McEwan, and he retweeted. That was a couple of days ago; I'll go send him another one for today. |

That was a couple of days ago; I'll go send him another one for today. murly, actually the most useful thing to be doing is if you are counting, to keep posting the numbers FREQUENTLY: CW total: number of 'leap day' donations: number of 'leap day' donations still to go to meet the 1,000 donation goal (it is actually probably more than that now): Everyone will share numbers, but without numbers, there is no 'news' about progress to share IMO. |

I haven't seen the answer to similar questions that I have.
When are we supposed to contribute the matching funds we pledged for the donations made? How do we "notate" them?

What I've read here is that since you are further down the list you can wait to donate until later tonight. There have been a couple of more donations since then. I'm not pretending that my count is 100% accurate, because I saw that a couple of people had contacted Q3 to let her know that they forgot to put Leap Day Challenge in their comments, so I'm just doing the best I can. My count now is that we have 190 donations. |
