I tweeted a few times yesterday, but I don't have that many followers, and most of them are here at Adamtopia anyway. We need to get some of the people with a lot more followers to tweet it. I've sent tweets to Eber, Neil, Tommy, and Adam himself and so far none of them have retweeted. They all probably get a lot of tweets and perhaps mine got lost in the crowd. I did tweet Liam McEwan, and he retweeted. That was a couple of days ago; I'll go send him another one for today. I was thinking more in terms of glamberts that have a lot of followers. SusieFierce has almost 1800 followers insomniac19 has 3449. The Spindle Shay has 1662. We need to get people like this to tweet it. ETA: I tweeted it specifically to some of these people. Hopefully they will retweet. |

I haven't seen the answer to similar questions that I have. When are we supposed to contribute the matching funds we pledged for the donations made? How do we "notate" them? What I've read here is that since you are further down the list you can wait to donate until later tonight. However if you need/want to donate earlier, put 'leap day challenge matching funds - theosgma' or something in the comments, and on the spreadsheet write 'matched' next to your name: docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AosiFD9HWw20dFZleHJUTG00cVQtc285dms2ZWdUckE#gid=0 OK I finally understood what is going on lol and I wrote my name on the spreadsheet. However in an hour or two I'm going to bed. Since I'm the last one for now on the spreadsheet can I donate tomorrow or do I have to donate now and write "leap day challenge matching funds-gelly14" and also write MATCHED to the spreadsheet? |

I'm counting 281 donations so far, but I'm pretty sure there are others because I only counted the ones that specifically said Leap Day Challenge. The total as I type this is $60,405. We're doing really well.

Since not all of us who are matching donors are going to match donations, and there are still 30 days left , how about making another challenge , not now , but maybe at the end of the remaining days?
I 'm going to donate either way but I was thinking maybe we can take advantage of the non matching donations.
What do you say?
I would love to know if anyone is interested about it, so I could either donate today or wait to match donations.
