I LOVE all three songs! They are as good as I hoped they would be. I'm so excited about the album!!! I loved seeing him dancing and (I'll borrow from AMW) hammy last night. It was a great set list and would have been so much fun to be there. I'm happy for the ones that got to go and thanks for the recaps! Happy for everyone who is getting a M&G!
I know we haven't heard NCOE & I'm keeping an open mind about it(I don't like any Bruno songs) but I would be all for Cuckoo or an Adam song for next single.

There's something off-putting to some people seeing a guy being so emotional and wearing his heart upon his sleeve, I think. I don't know what the real reason is, but as Adam said, there's something polarizing about him. The needle of his compass can show either North or South.

But to me, as W.H. Auden would say:

except that I reserve the right to change it a bit, the 'wrong' is "right" in my world:)))

Sorry to spam the thread with reaction but this was another post that made me want to shout AMEN! We all want Adam to burn up the charts but let's give him huge props for being an ARTIST first!

Adam's music will catch on and endure long after most of the stuff I had to listen to all last week, trying to win tickets, is forgotten. This music is GREAT.

I really love Cuckoo and loved hearing the plugged in Tresspassing. Both also worked really well at the gym this morning.

Chokehold has not done as much for me. It did not want me to hit repeat, and a short time later I have a hard time remembering what it sounded like. Given how much everyone else likes it, I will give it another shot later.

I am feeling exactly as Q3 - to have CH - a masterpiece mid-tempo song and to come out with BTIKM ...which judging by the three songs we have now - should not have made the album... it is so freaking sub-par...

oh well, and this shall pass...the album will drop one day, may be even this year

and we will have all the masterpieces PLUS the hour of singing with QUEEN to enjoy!

A great reminder -- just made my requests for the day!!

And BTIKM is moving up the charts -- with continued fan support it can move into the Top 20 on HAC -- rotations per station are up a lot this week so it has momentum.

So while I can't stop listening to Chokehold -- on constant repeat -- I am requesting BTIKM which has a ton of adds. Here are the Mediabase Monitored adds:

The ideal situation for Adam is to have BTIKM moving up the charts and to have a second single moving up the pop charts. So it is really important to move BTIKM up the charts before the release another single -- which is probably not for a few weeks. My bet is April for single close to album release.

Oh, boy. Abundance of riches, huh? If I had to pick a favorite . . . "Chokehold." Just something, a couple of somethings, really, about it make me love it . . . MORE.

(little side note - "Complicaciate"? Hmm . . . that's not a word, is it? I don't think that's what he's saying . . . I also completely don't get "splendor on my clothes," but that doesn't get in the way of my loving the song)

I also LOVE "Tresspassing." I love the way Adam wraps his mouth and voice around "optimistic vine"! and I can't wait to hear its bass line more.

I thought "Cuckcoo" was really fun - Adam just saying the word "cuckoo," let alone singing it, is adorable.

(If we're placing bets, though, I don't think any of them are the next single. I actually don't have a "preference" regarding next single, but if I were betting money, it would be on NCOE for the next single.)

That is the only thing that makes sense to me -- guaranteed when RCA got the song and production agreement.

Yes, I have used it -- but I admit to here before -- but very rarely.

I rarely flail -- but honestly this is the music that I have waited 3-1/2 years to hear.

Seriously -- I cancelled a meeting today to just listen to Adam music!! (Don't tell anyone!!)
