A tad OT, but this article is about the music industry. It is about Springsteen's keynote address at SXSW in Austin, TX, this week and he makes some very interesting points. I was reading about Springsteen's speech this morning (he also gave a three-hour concert, what an amazing guy!). Other quotes that interested me and that I thought were relevant to Adam were: “There is no right way, no pure way of doing it, there’s just doing it." “Learn how to bring it live and bring it night after night and your audience will remember you.” |

I hope we get the date of release the album soon.Get it hard to be patient!He's get it younger and me older.I hope by the time album come out my mind still works and I will know who Adam is!!  Adam? Who is Adam?  You guys are cracking me up this morning |

Sometimes I think that the fans who are clamoring for Adam to have a male love interest in a video at this point in time are just thinking about what they want - not what is best for Adam's longterm career. He is just establishing himself now as a mainstream artist. IMO, that kind of video would just do more harm than good - push him down in the gay box and close the lid. He is still so relatively new to the music scene - let him get firmly established first. He will know when, or if, the time is right for that kind of "in your face" move. Yes Springsteen has gathered wisdom in his journey... a lot of truth there... Adam is just starting his journey in becoming a legend himself... his eloquence is not only in his lyrics , but in his grasp for making himself heard above the din of dissenting opinions... there is a lot around us .. various degrees...
