Heathcliff WHERE on AO would you post that info?? I don't know for certain, but I think RCA/AO were the only two entities to report violation-type issues. Don't think DMG has any authority/power to force webcontent pulls.

I want to say that I love the full, fully-realized version of NCOE. Remember I'm the one who reported hearing the song played on Larry Flick's Morning Jolt show on Sirius. The version on the AdamOfficial sound cloud is different. Maybe Larry had an early version. I don't know. Maybe Larry was playing it to get RCA off the pot and to release a new single. Whatever. it worked. The new version lets Adam infuse Bruno melody with Adam edginess, and there's nothing better than pop rock fusion, unless its funkemopop. Something I did today was send a tweet to @brunomars thanking him for working with @adamlambert, and calling them a "Great Team!" It just seemed the right thing to do. Ahh, I thought about you today. I really think Flick played the Adam/Bruno weird mashup thingie. I just can't imagine a fan like you hearing this version and thinking it sounds just like Bruno. So glad you like it! |

2) There was a specific monitored area at AO for reporting. I can't remember who/where this was at AO - need help
I went ahead and posted in the feedback and moderation thread at AO so maybe the webcrew will see it and pass it on. Not sure if that will do any good but I figured it was the best chance for a mod to see it. That's a pretty decent idea, and its off the twitterverse. Can about 5 more peeps please post there too? OT, but hoping to get some advice from this great group. I use Real Player (free version). It's easy to download and trim clips and add them to playlists or burn cd/dvds. I also use the VLC player. The quality of playback on VLC seems much better than Real, but can't use it to edit or burn. My question: Is there another program that does what Real Player does, but giving better quality reproduction? There is a better Real Player with more features. Does anyone have it - is the quality better? Thanks for any tips. A little thank you for your timel... I used to post what i felt were copyright infringements (loss of sales issues) with a heading
ED PLEASE READ. The Ed would respond and say RCA would take care of it...But since there is no longer anyone (that we know of) on that board with the same connection to RCA. I'm not sure.

anjalee- I know Adam said entitlement is not pretty but wouldn't it be awesome if he made 2 vids? A "PG" one for the masses and an "R" rated, male lover theme for the fans? Well, a girl can dream can't she? No, because in this age of technology information is so widespread, and how Adam fans are so good at the internet, it'll get out everywhere. And it'll just cause a media storm, which may or may not be a bad thing. Or have everyone focusing on the gay, and not so much the music. I'm not jumping on you, but I'm curious though. Why do Adam fans want it so bad for Adam to have a love interest in his videos? Is it because a lot of other artists do it? Is it because Adam is gay and we want to see him with someone in his videos? Is it because people think Adam is being treated unfairly by not being able to have one if he wanted too? I don't know, I think I'm just one of those fans that couldn't really care less about Adam having a lover in his videos. I usually think when a lover is in the video, that it's kind of of silly and cheesy, and actually bring the song down, instead of making it better and is usually not done well unless it's some interesting, movie like story being told, ie many of Usher videos. Also, NCOE is a song that really doesn't require a love interest to make a great video. Thanks. They actually ask that you not repost the same thing more than once in that thread. If this is a download link hosted on a website, IA that reporting it quietly in that thread is probably good since the single isn't for sale yet, but this is very common, there are tons of illegal download links for every song imaginable floating around the web/twitter/youtube including all of Adam's songs no doubt. The best thing you can do is quietly flag and/or ignore. ETA: The RCAMod is on it there |

It's just that I hear from so many fans on here, on twitter, other blogs, keep going on and on about wanting him to have a love interest in his videos. I was just wondering if it was more for their benefit or for Adam's. It just hits a sore spot for me, because it so reminds me of how all those gay magazine, publications and such were angry with Adam in the beginning because he wasn't being more political as they thought he should be. |
